SWEEPSTAKES: The Bank of America MLB Postseason Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") starts October 10, 2007 at 12:0:00 p.m. (noon) (Eastern Time "ET") and ends November 1, 2007 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). No Purchase Necessary, and no entry fee, payment or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. The computer clock of MLB.com is the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.
TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, AND NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OR PROOF-OF-PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit http://www.bankofamerica.com/Playoffs (the "Web Site") and follow instructions to complete the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 1, 2007 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address on the same day after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and/or the MLB Entities (as defined below), as applicable, and will not be acknowledged or returned.
ADDITIONAL ENTRY INFORMATION: All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an online entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the "Authorized Account Holder" of such email address. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Entries may only be made by the method described above. Proof of emailing or sending an entry (without limitation, such as automated computer receipt of sending an email) does not constitute proof of delivery of entry or actual receipt of any entry by Sponsor and the MLB Entities for purposes of these Official Rules. All entries become the property of MLBAM and will not be acknowledged or returned to entrant. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. Each entry submission must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email or IP addresses may be blocked.
RANDOM DRAWING: Random drawing will be conducted by Administrator (defined below). Potential winner will be selected via random drawing held on or about November 12, 2007 from all eligible entries received. Actual odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by mail, email, and/or phone. If potential winner declines the prize or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner selected by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries to receive one (1) $2,500 MLB.com Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $2,500. Grand prize winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any. Gift cards may be subject to certain terms and conditions. See www.MLB.com for details. Grand prize winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash.
