Only Major League Baseball players who are participating in the 2007 MLB postseason will be included and available to be drafted in the Contest. Position Eligibility MLBAM will designate the positions that all Major League Baseball players are eligible at in the Contest. Setting Your Lineup The nine (9) players that are drafted by each participant will be that participant's starting lineup. Transactions There are no transactions allowed during the Contest. Point Scoring System Your players will score points for you each day on which MLB games are played based on the following formula:

League Schedule There are three rounds of competition during the Contest:
| Round 1: | Takes place during the entire duration of the 2007 American League Division Series ("ALDS") and National League Division Series ("NLDS"). |
| Round 2: | Takes place during the entire duration of the 2007 American League Championship Series ("ALCS") and National League Championship Series ("NLCS"). |
| Round 3: | Takes place during the entire duration of the 2007 World Series championship, beginning October 24, 2007 and ending on November 1, 2007. |
- The team with the highest round point total for a single player/pitching staff (in the round in question) wins - this continues with the second highest round point total for a single player/pitching staff, etc. through the entire roster until all players and pitching staff have been examined; and
- The team with the highest daily point total (in the round in question) wins - this continues with the second highest daily point total, etc. until all days of the round have been examined.

The head-to-head match-up for Round 3 will consist of the final two remaining participants.
Grand Prize The eligible participant that scores the most points in Round 3 of the Contest will be the Grand Prize winner and will receive: (a) the official 2007 World Series of Fantasy Baseball trophy, to be presented live, onstage at the 2008 All-Star FanFest in New York City; (b) two (2) tickets to the 2008 All-Star All-Star FanFest event; (c) two (2) tickets to the 2008 All-Star Workout Day including Home Run Derby event; (d) two (2) tickets to the 2008 MLB All-Star Game exhibition; (e) one (1) hotel room (standard double occupancy) for three (3) nights; (f) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. airport nearest Winner's residence to major U.S. airport nearest New York, NY; (g) one (1) telephonic appearance on MLB.com's "Fantasy 411" radio show on a date to de determined by MLBAM and subject to terms and conditions of such appearance as determined by MLBAM; and (h) one (1) written submission to appear on dates, at times and on locations to be determined by MLBAM within the Fantasy section of MLB.com, subject to terms and conditions of such submission as determined by MLBAM (collectively, the "Grand Prize") (Estimated Retail Value of Grand Prize: US$2,000) The Grand Prize winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes. The Grand Prize does not include tickets to any event or exhibition during the 2008 MLB All-Star Week other than as specifically set forth herein. Actual value of prize will vary depending on final flight itinerary. The flight selection will be at the discretion of MLBAM. MLBAM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of New York, NY (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by MLBAM or prize will be forfeited and, at MLBAM's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Travel and hotel accommodation and other restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through MLBAM's agent on a carrier of MLBAM's choice. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D.). Prize details are at MLBAM's sole discretion. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers. All costs and expenses not specified herein related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize including, but not limited to, lodging, all transportation costs, meals, gratuities and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Major League Baseball game and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and may be subject to change. Seat locations shall be determined by MLBAM at its sole and absolute discretion. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbances or any other reason. Winner agrees to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. MLBAM reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game. The MLB Entities, ESPN, CBSSports.com, Sporting News, and each of their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control, that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games or exhibitions. Legal Disclaimers General Conditions By registering and/or participating, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, the MLB.com Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, and by the decision(s) of MLBAM which shall be final and binding in all respects. Each winner will be notified by e-mail and may (in MLBAM's discretion) be confirmed by postal mail, return receipt (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that the winner does not respond to any such notification within five (5) days, a disqualification will result and prize will be forfeited and, at MLBAM's sole discretion, awarded to the runner-up. Each winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security card and/or other identification to MLBAM and may also be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity within five (5) days following issuance. Winner's traveling companion (if a minor, his/her respective parent or legal guardian) will also be required to sign & return a Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Failure to submit any identification required by MLBAM or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited and, at MLBAM's sole discretion, awarded to the runner-up. Participants agree to allow MLBAM, ESPN, CBSSports.com, Sporting News and each of their respective designees to use their names and likenesses in any and all mediums now or hereafter known for advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without any compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within the State of New York, New York County will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest or these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, garbled, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a participant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, computer, network, typographical, printing, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this Contest, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the offer or administration of this Contest, the processing of entries, selections or registrations, the tabulation of streaks, the cancellation of games or any errors appearing in any Contest related-materials, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the Contest Prize winners or the distribution of the prizes. MLBAM reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest. Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, relative to the use or enjoyment of any prize or portions thereof, including without limitations, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By entering the Contest, participants agree to hold harmless and fully release the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, death, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Contest or resulting from the acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of the Contest Prize, or any portion of any prize, including any travel or activity related hereto. Internet If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, cancellation of games or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, MLBAM reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. In event of termination, MLBAM further reserves the right to award the prizes to the players with the most points, as determined by MLBAM in its sole discretion, as of the termination date. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MLBAM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, an entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event that the Contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, MLBAM reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action. The 2007 World Series of Fantasy Baseball is a skill contest designed to increase consumer awareness of and interest in Major League Baseball and MLB.com, the Official Site of Major League Baseball. This Contest may not be used for any form of gambling.
