Maddux 'Burns' Rocket, Astros
Greg Maddux allowed two runs on seven hits in six innings to earn his first win of the season, over fellow 300-game winner Roger Clemens. Jeromy Burnitz tallied three hits and drove in two, one on a home run in the seventh inning, off Clemens, that proved to be the game-winner.
