A's Jumbo Tickets are game tickets with added-value. Within the barcode of each Plaza Club ticket or Value Deck ticket will be loaded value. These "Jumbo" Tickets can be used throughout the Coliseum for redemption at various concession stands for food and beverages and at merchandise stands for souvenirs.
New in 2010, the Value Deck provides a view above home plate in Sections 316-318. At a cost of just $12 for most games, each ticket includes a Jumbo Ticket value of $6, adding to a more inclusive experience for fans.
The loaded value will be redeemable throughout the ballpark for merchandise or concessions, including the special $5-or-less value concession stands located in Sections 316-318. This exceptional value provides a wider variety of food options at an affordable price for every game throughout the 2010 season.
Plaza Club seats feature a lower ticket price in 2010 as well as a $10 Jumbo Ticket value embedded in each barcode, making it one of the most desirable seating areas in the Coliseum.
This loaded value can be redeemed in the West Side Club and throughout the ballpark at select merchandise and concession locations. The same great offer of $10 off the bill in the West Side Club as well as the packaged meal in the West Side Club are still valid as part of the Plaza Club experience.

Q. How much Jumbo Ticket value is loaded on each ticket?
A. $10 of Jumbo Ticket value is added within the barcode of each Plaza Club ticket and $6 of Jumbo Ticket value is added within the barcode of each Value Deck ticket.
Q. I have four tickets. Can I put all Jumbo Ticket value on one ticket?
A. No, the Jumbo Ticket value cannot be transferred into another ticket's barcode, but more than one ticket can be used in the same purchase. You can use all four tickets toward that jacket in the Team Store or meal at the concession stand.
Q. I am a Season Ticket Holder with ticket exchange privileges. If I exchange my Plaza Club or Value Deck tickets to another game in the same seating level does the Jumbo Ticket value transfer?
A. Yes, the Jumbo Ticket value will transfer if exchanging a future home game into another future home game in Plaza Club and Value Deck areas only. Remember, season tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours in advance of the game.
Q. I am a Season Ticket Holder. If I exchange my Plaza Club or Value Deck tickets to another seating location does the Jumbo Ticket value transfer?
A. No, the Jumbo Ticket value will not transfer to a new seating location. The ticket value of your seats, however, will be applied to any new seating section. The Jumbo Ticket value is only available in their designated sections.
Q. If I transfer my Plaza Club or Value Deck tickets using My A's Ticket or re-sell on StubHub does the Jumbo Ticket value transfer to the new ticket holder?
A. Yes, the Jumbo Ticket value will transfer to the new ticket's barcode and that ticket holder can use the Jumbo Ticket value at the game date printed on their ticket.
Q. If I lose my Plaza Club or Value Deck tickets and Ticket Services reprints them does the Jumbo Ticket value transfer to the new tickets?
A. Yes, the previous barcode will be voided and the reprinted Plaza Club tickets will have the Jumbo Ticket value loaded into the new barcode.
Please Note: Tickets with added-value can be used towards the purchase of food or merchandise at any concession area inside the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum during the game printed on the face of the added-value ticket. The added-value on the ticket and any portion thereof is not redeemable for cash. Any remaining value on the ticket which is not used by the conclusion of the game on the ticket may not be used at a later date, replaced or redeemed in any way. In the event of rainout prior to completion of an "official game" or rescheduling of a game, remaining value may be redeemed for merchandise or food during the rescheduled game. In the event a game is canceled and not rescheduled, added-value will not be transferred or redeemable.
