Especially For Kids

Welcome to my Turn 2 Foundation Web site. I'm so excited and eager to share with you some very fun and important information. It's about my foundation, Turn 2, which I created to help today's youth (that means you)!

Because I want you to keep coming back, we'll update the site every month with interesting and new information. I love baseball, but baseball isn't my whole life as you'll see. There are a couple of things that are really important to me here. I'm committed to give back to the fans who have been so good to me. Hopefully by showing you what and how I do that, you'll find ways that you can contribute to your community too. I also want as many kids as possible to follow along and learn why it's important and how to make positive choices in their lives. Last but not least, you'll learn about the many different things my Turn 2 Foundation does to help make that happen and how you may be able to participate.

Some things that will be highlighted on this Web site include my Jeter's Leaders Program, and other programs and events the Turn 2 Foundation makes possible. There will also be a section that is just for fun that will include different games and other activities.

I hope you find this Web site brings you as much joy as I have had in designing it. We'll have a lot of fun here. And please - spread the word to all of your friends.

The Jeter’s Leaders is a youth leadership, social change program named by the captain of the New york Yankees, Derek Jeter, and funded by his Turn 2 Foundation. The program is designed to promote healthy lifestyles, academic achievement and social change activism among high school students.
