Getting Started


Returning Plan Holders:
How to activate your online account for the 2017 season
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Log in using the same username and password that you used last year
  3. Confirm your personal information and agree to the 2017 Terms and Conditions
Changing your password
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Click "Trouble Logging In" and enter your username in the pop-up window
  3. A temporary password will be sent to your email
  4. Go to MLB.com and log in with your username and temporary password
  5. Update your password
  6. Return to nationals.com/access and log in using your username and newly updated password

New Plan Holders:
How to activate your online account for the 2017 season
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Enter the username and password that you already use for your MLB.com (or MLB.TV) account and click "Login"
  3. Enter the Member ID and card number that is found on any of your cards
  4. Complete your personal information and agree to the 2017 Terms and Conditions
Changing your password
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Click "Trouble Logging In" and enter your username in the pop-up window
  3. A temporary password will be sent to your email
  4. Go to MLB.com and login with your username and temporary password
  5. Update your password
  6. Return to nationals.com/access and log in using your username and newly updated password
If you do not have an MLB.com account
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Click the link that says "Click Here" to create an MLB.com account
  3. Enter the email address and password that you like to access your online account within the pop-up window
  4. After your MLB.com account has been created, return to nationals.com/access
  5. Log in using your username and password for the first time

To ensure that all new partners receive their Season Plan Holder card(s) in a timely fashion, it is highly recommended that primary account holders have their new partners register as quickly as possible. Instructions on how to do so can be found below. Please note that it will take at least ten business days for new partners to receive their Season Plan Holder card(s) after they register.

Partners:
A partner is defined as anyone with whom you share seats on your plan. By inviting someone as a partner on your account, you will be able transfer tickets directly to them. After accepting your official partner invite, they will be able to independently manage their own tickets, load their own eCASH, redeem their own Red Carpet Rewards points and use their own Season Plan Holder cards throughout the season.

Partner Invites
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Log in with your username and password
  3. Select "Partner Management" from the Account Information menu on your online account
  4. Click "Send Partner Invite" and an "Add Partner" pop-up window will appear
  5. In the pop-up window, enter your partner's name and email address and click "Add Partner."
  6. Your partner will receive an email from access@nationals.com with your invitation request
Removing Partners
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Log in with your username and password
  3. Select "Partner Management" from the Account Information menu on your online account
  4. Select the trash can icon next to the partner you wish to remove
  5. The link between your accounts will be disabled
Returning Partners
  1. Visit nationals.com/access
  2. Log in using the same username and password that you used last year
  3. Confirm your personal information and agree to the 2017 Terms and Conditions
Receiving Partner Invites
  1. Receive partner invitation request from the primary account through access@nationals.com
  2. Visit nationals.com/access
  3. Enter the username and password that you already use for your MLB.com (or MLB.TV) account and click Login
  4. Click "I am a Partner"
  5. Enter the Partner Code and Partner Secret Code included in your email invitation
  6. Enter your personal information
  7. Agree to the 2017 Terms and Conditions
  8. Select how you would like to receive real time updates from the Nationals throughout the season
  9. Complete the process and you will automatically be logged into your online account

Linking Accounts:
Linking your Access account to your My Nationals Ticket account ensures that you will have access to the following benefits:

  • Postseason Tickets
  • Online Ticket Exchange
  • RSVP for Season Plan Holder Events
  • Additional tickets & parking at Season Plan Holder Discount
  • Renewal for the 2017 season

You will not be able to access any of these special benefits online without linking your accounts.

How to link your My Nationals Ticket account to your Access account

  1. Visit nationals.com/mytickets
  2. Log in using your Nationals Account Number
  3. Your password will be your Access/MLB.com password
  4. After logging in, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed*
  5. Click on the "My Account" tab
  6. Click on the "Link MLB Accounts" tab
  7. Enter in your Access/MLB.com email address (if you do not have one already, please create one at nationals.com/access)
  8. Enter your Access/MLB.com password
  9. Set your nickname to "NatsSPH"
  10. Click "Save Changes"
