Lost and Found Information

All lost and found items should be taken to one of the Guest Experience Booths located at Sections 101, 134, or 217. Guests looking for lost items may check in at one of these locations or by sending us an email at [email protected]. Please allow 24 hours for a return email.

30 Policy of Holding Items:

Found items will be held for up to 30 days waiting to be retrieved. If they are not claimed by their owner, they will be donated. The A's partner with Goodwill, who collects all of the items after that 30 day period. The only exception to this is if the guest contacts us regarding their item, and states they are unable to get the item within 30 days. Then, the item will be held until the guest is able to come retrieve it.
