Vaccination Appreciation at T-Mobile Park

The Seattle Mariners today announced a partnership with Challenge Seattle, an alliance of many of the region’s largest employers, to encourage Washingtonians to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

During the upcoming Mariners homestand, May 13-19, fully vaccinated fans in attendance at T-Mobile Park will be entered into drawings for prizes provided by members of Challenge Seattle participating in a vaccine incentive initiative including T-Mobile, Alaska Airlines, Microsoft, Costco, Nordstrom and more.

“The Seattle business community has stepped up to help us thank the fans who have taken the important step to protect themselves, their families and our community. The Mariners are proud to use our games as a vehicle to reward people for doing the right thing and encourage others to step up, get vaccinated, save lives and help end this pandemic,” said John Stanton, Seattle Mariners Chairman and Managing Partner.

“Challenge Seattle’s mission is to tackle the region’s most pressing civic concerns. Right now, that’s COVID-19. By partnering with the Seattle Mariners, we can help encourage vaccinations not only for those fans at T-Mobile Park, but also among the Mariners fan base across the region,” said Chris Gregoire, Challenge Seattle CEO.
