ANAHEIM – Today, the Angels announced the Club’s 2021 Opening Day roster.

To set the roster at 26 active players, the Angels selected the contracts of OF Juan Lagares and INF Jose Rojas and placed INF Franklin Barreto (60-day; right elbow strain) and RHP Félix Peña (10-day; right hamstring strain) on the injured list.

Additionally, RHP Kyle Keller has been designated for assignment and the Club optioned RHP Jaime Barria and LHP Patrick Sandoval following last night’s game.

The Angels begin the 2021 regular season tomorrow night (April 1) against the Chicago White Sox at 7:05 p.m. (PDT) at Angel Stadium.
