All season seat holders are assigned a dedicated Client Service Representative. The Client Service Representative will be your liaison with the Angels front office and is there to help service your needs throughout the year. Register to receive e-mail notices

In order to receive information and participate in select Season Seat Holder programs (including but not limited to: spring training advance ticket offer, regular season pre-sale ticket offer, service e-mails and other special offers), you must provide the Angels with your e-mail address and you must have access to the Internet. For new accounts: notify the Angels of your e-mail address by calling your Client Service Representative at (888) 796-HALO (4256). If you are an existing account and have opted out of receiving e-mails in the past, you can only reinstate your e-mail address in writing; be sure to include your Account ID in the reinstatement letter. Playoff Priority Tickets

Season Seat Holders are given priority access for Postseason Angels games played at Angel Stadium. If you have not received a Postseason ticket invoice by September please contact your Client Service Representative at 888-796-HALO (4256).

Season Seat Holder Recognition Wall

The Wall recognizes all current Season Seat Holders. Your name (or company) will be listed on a commemorative wall, which will be on display on the Terrace Level behind home plate across from the second floor team store.

Select-A-Seat

Select-A-Seat is the opportunity for Season Seat Holders to upgrade their seat locations (based on available seating). Subject to the seniority date of when your account was established, you will be assigned a specific appointment time to visit the stadium and preview the most recent available seating.

Spring Training Advance Individual Game Ticket Offer

Season Seat Holders can participate in an online pre-sale for Spring Training tickets, prior to on sale to the general public. Your account must be renewed in order to participate. Information is issued via e-mail to Season Seat Holders in December preceding the Spring Training season.

Exclusive opportunity to participate in an online pre-sale event for individual game tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Season Seat Holder Identification Card

Use your Season Seat Holder Identification Card to receive a 10% Discount at Angels Team Store and at select merchandise locations throughout Angel Stadium of Anaheim. The discount is not applicable on collectible items. Other restrictions may apply.

Scrolling Scoreboard Welcome

Receive a welcome on the scoreboard in Left Field. Once your message is confirmed, it will appear during the top half of the third inning. Please contact your Client Service Representative to schedule a message.

RBI League Ticket Donation Program

If you cannot attend a game, then you may donate tickets to the RBI League. All donations to the Angels RBI League are tax deductible under the IRS 501(c)3 tax code. Upon receiving your donation you will receive an official thank you letter from the RBI League which will also serve as your donation receipt for tax purposes. If you intend to make multiple donations throughout the season please inform us of this. For this option as you determine which games you will not be able to attend, the RBI League can keep a running account and then send one notice at the end of the season. Please keep in mind that the number of tickets accepted per game by the RBI League is limited to 500 tickets per game. If Donations exceed 500 (and the RBI League chooses not to accept any more), then you will receive an email back saying that the RBI League has declined to accept your tickets. Tickets must be donated AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR to the game.

  • Tickets can be forwarded by e-mail to [email protected]. In the e-mail please include your full name, mailing address, e-mail address and indicate that you are donating tickets.

Donate by mail or in-person:

  • If you wish to mail the tickets to the RBI League, please send them to: Angels RBI League, Attn: David Smith, 1575 E. 17th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92672 or you may drop them off at the RBI Office in person. Office building hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mon. - Fri. Tickets can be left with the RBI League front desk receptionist. Be sure to include a note with your full name, mailing address, e-mail address and indicate that you are donating tickets. The RBI office phone number is 714-619-8416.

Ticket Swap

2020 Ticket Swap Program for Season Seat Holders

How the Exchange Process Works

Please contact your Client Service Representative to facilitate the exchange. You will no longer come to the stadium to make an exchange in person.

Tickets must be exchanged no later than 2 business days prior to the desired game date (example: My desired exchange date is May 13th, 7:07 pm first pitch. The exchange must be made by end of business day on May 11th)

  1. Call your Client Service Representative to verify unused tickets.
  2. Select your preferred exchange date(s).
  3. Your Client Service Representative will reserve tickets for the best seats based on availability for your selected game(s).
  4. You may have your new tickets delivered via the MLB Ballpark App or left at will call.

Eligible Locations

  • All Field All-Star, Field Box, 200 & 300 level season tickets are swapped for Field Reserved or Right Field Pavilion sections, subject to availability
  • All Lexus Diamond Club, Dugout MVP, Field Hall of Fame & Field MVP season tickets are swapped for Field All-Star sections, subject to availability
  • All 400 & 500 level season tickets are swapped for View All-Star or Upper View sections, subject to availability
  • If desired seating area and/or game date is not available, Season Seat Holder must select from another qualifying date or forfeit exchange value.
