Houston Astros Season Updates

The Astros are always excited to welcome fans to Minute Maid Park. Before you get to the stadium, here are some high level things to consider.

Entry Protocol

Entering MMP

On game days, all entrances to MMP will be available for fans to use beginning two (2) hours prior to First Pitch.

Leave Your Cash at Home

MMP is cashless! Cash will not be accepted inside the stadium or at Astros-owned parking lots. Four reverse ATMs are located on the main concourse (2), club level (1), and upper concourse (1).

Leave Your Large Bag at Home

For everyoneā€™s safety, bags exceeding 16ā€ x 16ā€ x 8ā€ and backpacks are not permitted inside Minute Maid Park. All bags will be searched upon entry. See full Bag Policy for details.

Outside Food and Drinks

Fans can bring in one (1) clear, plastic one-gallon sized bag with outside food and one (1) factory-sealed clear plastic water bottle, no larger than one liter.

Tickets

Box Office and Will Call

The Box Office will be open for ticket resolution only. All ticket sales must be conducted online or by scanning the QR code on display at the Box Office. Will Call will not be available. Ticket transfers can be completed electronically via the MLB Ballpark app or through your MyTickets account.

Mobile Tickets

You can access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app. Make sure you have downloaded and logged into the MLB Ballpark app before arriving at your gate to prevent delays.
