AL East
Blue Jays (Surprise)
Blue Jays No. 1 prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (No. 1 overall) hit a 107.1 mph RBI double and later plated a run on a 109.5 mph groundout to shortstop as he finished 1-for-4 with two RBIs. Cavan Biggio (Toronto's No. 9) hit a pair of doubles and walked in four trips to the plate. Nate Pearson (No. 4, No. 90 overall) displayed a fastball that reached 100 mph on multiple occasions, but he largely struggled with his control and command. The right-hander allowed three earned runs on four hits and three walks in three innings with three strikeouts.
Orioles (Glendale)
A trio of Orioles pitchers took the mound, but only one had success for the Desert Dogs. Chris Lee got the start and gave up four runs (three earned) in 1 1/3 innings, while Jay Flaa gave up four runs in two-thirds of an inning. Tyler Erwin lowered his Fall League ERA to 2.08 with a scoreless inning.
Rays (Peoria)
Lucius Fox, the Rays' No. 9 prospect, went 0-for-2, which halted his eight-game hitting streak. Dalton Moats put together another strong performance as he kept his ERA spotless with two perfect innings.
Red Sox (Mesa)
Second baseman Esteban Quiroz was hitless for his third straight game, going 0-for-4 with three strikeouts to drop his AFL average to .150.
Yankees (Glendale)
Yankees No. 2 prospect Estevan Florial went 0-for-3 and saw his average dip to .097. Steven Sensley was also hitless (0-for-4), but Hobie Harris and Matt Wivinis performed well on the mound. Harris threw 2 1/3 scoreless innings, while Wivinis tossed a scoreless frame. The duo combined for three strikeouts.
AL Central
Indians (Glendale)
Indians prospects didn't fare all that well offensively. Yu Chang (No. 6) has a hit in four straight games after going 1-for-3 with an RBI, but Connor Marabell and Li-Jen Chu combined to go 0-for-5.
Royals (Surprise)
Royals No. 2 prospect Khalil Lee hit a double and scored a run while going 1-for-4 from the bottom of Surprise's lineup. Nick Heath also doubled and finished 1-for-5 with an RBI, while catcher Meibrys Viloria was hitless in four at-bats and committed three throwing errors. Ariel Hernandez tossed two innings in relief, allowing one earned run on three hits, and Walker Sheller contributed with a scoreless ninth inning.
Tigers (Mesa)
All three Tigers prospects in action on Tuesday were quiet at the plate, though No. 8 prospect Daz Cameron walked three times and was caught stealing from the leadoff spot in an 0-for-1 outing. Shortstop Daniel Pinero and outfielder Daniel Woodrow combined to go 0-for-7 with four strikeouts, snapping a four-game hitting streak for Woodrow.
Twins (Salt River)
Twins No. 18 prospect Travis Blankenhorn was a catalyst for Salt River as he scored four of his team's seven runs in a 2-for-3, two-walk showing. Devin Smeltzer allowed a run on two hits while working an inning out of the 'pen, while Adam Bray notched his first AFL save, despite giving up an unearned run.
White Sox (Glendale)
Zack Burdi, the White Sox No. 17 prospect, kept his Fall League ERA at 0.00 as he cruised in the ninth inning. Burdi gave up one hit and notched one strikeout in the frame. Luis Alexander Basabe (No. 9) went 0-for-2 with two walks. Laz Rivera went 1-for-4, but he also scored a run and made some impressive defensive plays at second base.
AL West
A's (Mesa)
Mesa's first three relievers on Tuesday hailed from the A's Minor League ranks. Angel Duno pitched a scoreless inning, despite allowing a hit and a walk, before he was replaced by Calvin Coker, who struck out four in two innings in his fourth scoreless outing of the Fall League season. Sam Sheehan also got four strikeouts in two scoreless innings.
Angels (Mesa)
Right-hander Brett Hanewich allowed his first earned run of the fall as he took the loss, pitching a scoreless ninth before yielding two runs (one earned) in the 10th inning. Daniel Procopio held Scottsdale without a run in the eighth, despite allowing two hits. First baseman David MacKinnon was 0-for-3 with a walk, while third baseman Roberto Baldoquin was 0-for-4 but scored Mesa's only run of the game in the bottom of the 10th.
Astros (Scottsdale)
Astros No. 24 prospect Trent Thornton racked up four strikeouts as he cruised through two hitless innings. Ronnie Dawson entered the game as a defensive substitution but didn't receive any plate appearances.
Mariners (Peoria)
Mariners No. 2 prospect Evan White went 1-for-5, but his one hit was a big one as he crushed his first homer of the Fall League (exit velocity of 108 mph). Matt Walker threw a clean inning in relief, his first scoreless appearance of the AFL season. Chris Mariscal has multiple hits in three of the four games he's played after his 3-for-4 afternoon. Mariscal is hitting .563.
Rangers (Surprise)
Yanio Perez went 0-for-4 but plated a run, while Charles Leblanc reached base twice via a single and walk to finish 1-for-3.
NL East
Braves (Peoria)
Braves No. 6 prospect Cristian Pache went 2-for-5 and is hitting .342, but his most impressive play of the game came in the third inning. Pache showed off his 70-grade speed to track down a flyout from Luis Alexander Basabe (White Sox), then put his 60-grade arm on display as he threw out Cody Thomas (Dodgers), who was trying to advance to third base. Thomas Burrows (No. 19) hasn't given up an earned run in three straight outings after he threw a scoreless ninth. Braxton Davidson hasn't gotten off to a fast start offensively, but he made an impact with a two-run homer that had an exit velocity of 116 mph. However, Davidson finished 1-for-5.
Marlins (Salt River)
Marlins No. 2 prospect Monte Harrison went 1-for-2 and had two walks. The 23-year-old's knock, an RBI single through the right side of the infield, featured the game's top exit velocity at 114.6 mph. Brian Miller (No. 12) had a big game from the bottom of the lineup, as he finished 1-for-2 with a sacrifice fly and a trio of stolen bases, pushing his AFL steals total to five. Jordan Yamamoto (No. 17) allowed one earned run on two hits over five innings to record his second AFL win in three starts for the Rafters. He posted as many walks as strikeouts (four) and induced five ground-ball outs while throwing 48 of 79 pitches for strikes. Bryson Brigman (No. 27) reached via a walk and scored a run but was 0-for-4 out of the leadoff spot. Pitching in relief, Kyle Keller allowed one earned run on two hits in one inning.
Mets (Scottsdale)
Mets No. 1 prospect Andres Gimenez entered the game as a pinch-runner and came across to score. Peter Alonso (No. 2) was hitless (0-for-4) on the afternoon, while Desmond Lindsay (No. 11) went 1-for-4. Stephen Nogosek (No. 24) and Matt Blackham each spun scoreless frames, while Gerson Bautista gave up one unearned run in two innings. Bautista also struck out five and has fanned seven in seven innings in the Fall League.
Nationals (Salt River)
Nationals No. 7 prospect Daniel Johnson (0-for-3, walk) and Jake Noll (0-for-4) were both hitless as they combined to go 0-for-7 in the Rafters' win. They're hitting .077 and .063, respectively, so far this fall.
Phillies (Scottsdale)
Phillies No. 11 prospect Arquimedes Gamboa provided all of the Scorpions' offense as he went 2-for-2 with two RBIs. Luke Williams went 0-for-5 and is hitting .083. Austin Listi also had a tough day and is hitting .194 after going 0-for-4.
NL Central
Brewers (Peoria)
Brewers No. 19 prospect Trent Grisham drove in a run via a bases-loaded walk, but he went 0-for-4.
Cardinals (Surprise)
Lane Thomas notched a hit, scored a run and reached via a walk to finish 1-for-3. Conner Greene showed his usual mid- to upper-90s fastball, but he struggled to throw strikes as he issued four walks en route to three earned runs allowed in his lone inning. Will Latcham fared better, tossing a perfect seventh inning for the Saguaros.
Cubs (Mesa)
Mesa starting pitcher Manuel Rondon was effective in his two scoreless innings, striking out two while allowing only one hit. Cubs hitting prospects didn't fare as well, as designated hitter Trent Giambrone was 0-for-4 with three strikeouts and right fielder D.J. Wilson also struck out three times, though he walked and swiped his third bag of the fall. Catcher Johnny Pereda was 1-for-3 with a single and a walk.
Pirates (Surprise)
Pirates No. 5 prospect Cole Tucker's strong AFL campaign continued on Tuesday with a 2-for-3 performance during which he scored three runs and hit a triple with a 109.1 mph exit velocity. The 22-year-old shortstop is hitting .344 with nine runs, eight RBIs and five steals through eight games.
Reds (Scottsdale)
Reds No. 8 prospect Shed Long went 3-for-4, a nice bounce-back performance after he'd been 0-for-12 over his previous three games.
NL West
D-backs (Salt River)
Drew Ellis, Arizona's No. 9 prospect, was hitless in four at-bats for the Rafters. No. 30 prospect Dominic Miroglio scored a run and notched a hit to finish 1-for-4. He also threw out an attempted basestealer.
Dodgers (Glendale)
Keibert Ruiz (Dodgers' No. 2) went 0-for-3, while Errol Robinson (No. 20) went 0-for-2 and Cody Thomas went 1-for-3. Nolan Long had the best day of any Dodgers prospect, tossing 1 2/3 scoreless innings and striking out four.
Giants (Scottsdale)
Giants No. 20 prospect Garrett Williams was dominant for the Scorpions. The lefty twirled four innings and walked three but didn't allow a hit. He also struck out seven. Heath Quinn (No. 10) went 0-for-3. C.J. Hinojosa (No. 28) went 0-for-3, but he walked and scored, while Matt Winn went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts. More »

Buddy Reed, the Padres' No. 13 prospect, turned in his third three-hit performance in the AFL as he finished 3-for-5 and boosted his average to .367. Hudson Potts (No. 23) went 1-for-3 with his second homer of the fall. Austin Allen (No. 25) went 0-for-5. Miguel Diaz threw well in his start for the Javelinas.
