No changes to Astros roster for World Series

The Astros announced their roster for the World Series presented by YouTube TV, with no changes from the previous round.
Houston will once again carry 13 hitters, including three catchers, and 12 pitchers. The Astros already announced that and will start Games 1 and 2, respectively, followed by Charlie Morton and in some order.

The Astros will have , Evan Gattis and behind the plate, with American League MVP Award candidate , , , and Yuli Gurriel rounding out the infield. They will also carry five outfielders with , , , and .
Included in the eight-man bullpen are right-handers , , Luke Gregerson, Will Harris, , Joe Musgrove and Brad Peacock along with left-hander .
There had been some buzz that , who fractured his right thumb on Sept. 13 and is the club's best defensive outfielder, could be added to the roster, but he had not made enough progress in his rehab to get added.
"He'll be an injury fill-in, if needed," manager A.J. Hinch said at Monday's Media Day. "Right now, there's not enough time to get him ready, enough for us to feel comfortable, especially in a National League game. His thumb is healed, he's throwing, he's feeling good. He hasn't hit enough to be an option off the bench in a National League-style game. And if needed, we're going to have to play four of those."
