Orioles: Richie Martin, SS (No. 15) -- 3-for-4, 3B, 3 R (Baltimore)

Orioles prospects stats »

Solak continued his fast start with another multihit performance. The 24-year-old has a hit in all five games this season, including three two-hit games.

Whitlock, who went 8-5 with a 1.68 ERA, pitched across three levels in 2018, ultimately finishing the season in Double-A. While he only made two appearances with Trenton last year, Whitlock will get more time to adjust to the level this time around.

AMERICAN LEAGUE CENTRAL

Indians: Bobby Bradley, 1B (No. 6) -- 2-for-5, HR, RBI (Triple-A Columbus)
Bradley, who has hit 20-plus homers in each of the past four seasons, went deep for the first time in 2019. The first baseman has a tendency to strike out a lot, but his power is undeniable. Additionally, Bradley has been working to become a better defender, and the work paid off as he completed an unassisted double play.
Indians prospects stats »

Royals: Kelvin Gutierrez, 3B (No. 14) -- 3-for-4, 2B, RBI, 2 BB (Triple-A Omaha); Jonathan Bowlan, RHP (No. 22) -- 6 IP, 6 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 9 K (Class A Advanced Lexington)
Gutierrez is off to a fast start this season and that trend continued with another multihit game. Gutierrez, hitting .474, has hits in all five games this year and multiple hits in three of those games. The 24-year-old, who was traded to the Royals last year, spent the 2018 season in Double-A, where he hit .275 with a career high 11 homers. Bowlan, a second-round pick from the 2018 Draft, set a career high with nine strikeouts and fired 53 of his 83 pitches for strikes.

Tigers: Brock Deatherage, OF (No. 23) -- 2-for-3, 2B, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Lakeland)
Deatherage began the season in an 0-for-12 slump over the first three games, but he got back on track Monday. After being selected in the 10th round of last year's Draft, Deatherage hit .326 in 60 games.
Tigers prospects stats »

Twins: Brent Rooker, 1B/OF (No. 6) -- 2-for-4, HR, 2 RBI (Triple-A Rochester)
Rooker hit 22 homers in 130 games last season and is off to another fast start as far as the power is concerned. Rooker has homered twice in his first four games, however, he hasn't done much else as he's 3-for-15 overall.
Twins prospects stats »

White Sox: Luis Robert, OF (No. 4, MLB No. 39) -- 2-for-4, 2B, HR, 2 RBI (Class A Advanced Winston-Salem)

Overall, Robert is slashing .524/.583/1.190 and leading all Minor Leaguers with 12 RBIs. He's also second in total bases with 26.

The season is only five games old, but Deichmann already has a pair of three-hit games. The 23-year-old, who is 4-for-9 over the past two games, also hit his first homer of the year after hitting seven a season ago.
A's prospects stats »

Angels: Jordyn Adams, OF (No. 6) -- 1-for-3, 2 RBI (Class A Burlington)
Adams only had one hit, but it was a big one -- a walk-off single in the 10th inning. It was the second walk-off in the past three games for Adams, who homered in the bottom of the seventh on Saturday to seal the Bees' doubleheader sweep of Quad Cities. The 19-year-old is hitting .250 this season and has hits in three straight games. Angels prospects stats »

Astros: Peter Solomon, RHP (No. 12) -- 4.2 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 11 K (Class A Advanced Fayetteville)
Solomon wasted no time setting a career high for strikeouts, doing so in his season debut. The right-hander gave up a pair of runs and struggled a bit with command, but anytime a pitcher racks up double-digit strikeouts, it's impressive.
Astros prospects stats »

Mariners: Kyle Lewis, OF (No. 7) -- 1-for-3, HR, RBI (Double-A Arkansas)
The former first-round pick got the Travelers off to a fast start with a solo homer in the first inning. Lewis, who is hitting .278 this year, has a hit in four of the five games he's played and has homered in each of the past two.

Braves prospects stats »

Marlins: Joe Dunand, SS (No. 23) -- 2-for-2, 2 2B, RBI (Double-A Jacksonville)
Dunand has two hits in a pair of games this season, but he has gone hitless in his other appearances. The RBI was also his first of the season.
Marlins prospects stats »

Mets: Ryley Gilliam, RHP (No. 21) -- 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K (Class A Advanced St. Lucie)
GIlliam has been nothing short of dominant to start the season. The right-hander, who threw 16 of his 24 pitches for strikes, has fanned eight over four scoreless innings. Last year he struck out 31 over 17 1/3 frames. Mets prospects stats »

Phillies: Alec Bohm, 3B (No. 1, MLB No. 58) -- 3-for-4, R (Class A Lakewood)
Bohm, the third overall pick from the 2018 Draft, may be starting to find his offensive rhythm. Bohm went 0-for-8 through the first four games of the season and finally picked up on Sunday. He followed that up with a three-hit effort, the second of his young career.
Phillies prospects stats »

Nationals: Carter Kieboom, SS (No. 2) -- 4-for-5, RBI, R (Triple-A Fresno)
Kieboom fell a homer shy of the cycle, but he did turn in his first multihit performance of the season. After going 0-for-5 on Opening Day, Kieboom turned in a pair of 1-for-4 efforts before breaking out against Reno. The 2016 1st-round Draft pick hit .280 across two levels last season and is getting his first taste of Triple-A in 2019.

NATIONAL LEAGUE CENTRAL

Brewers: Adam Hill, RHP (No. 27) -- 5 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 6 K (Class A Wisconsin Timber Rattlers)
The Mets selected Hill in the 3rd-round of the 2018 MLB Draft but then traded him to the Brewers in January as part of the Keon Broxton trade. Hill averaged 15.3 strikeouts per nine innings in his pro debut last year and had no problem piling up strikeouts in his 2019 debut either.
Brewers prospects stats »

Cubs: Cole Roederer, RHP (No. 5) -- 2-for-3, 2B, 2 RBI (Class A South Bend)
After going hitless in back-to-back games Roederer got back in the hit column for South Bend. Roederer came up clutch with a two-run double in the ninth, but it wasn't enough to complete the comeback as the Cubs fell, 3-2 to Great Lakes.
Cubs prospects stats »

Cardinals: Nolan Gorman, 3B (No. 1, MLB No. 60) -- 2-for-5, 2 HR, 5 RBI (Class A Peoria)
Gorman established himself as one of the best power hitters in the 2018 Draft class and has certainly lived up that reputation since the Cardinals selected him 19th overall. Gorman had 17 homers in 63 games in his professional debut last season and now has gone deep twice in five games in 2019. The two-homer game was the fourth of Gorman's career, and the five RBIs marked a career high.
Cardinals prospects stats »

Pirates: Oneil Cruz, POS (No. 4) -- 2-for-5, RBI (Class A Advanced Bradenton)
Cruz drove in his first run of the season and extended his hitting streak to four games. The 20-year-old has a hit in each game he's played and is hitting .375 after hitting .286 in 103 games a season ago.

D-backs prospects stats »

Dodgers: Gavin Lux, SS/2B (No. 4, No. 69 in MLB) -- 4-for-4, HR, 3B, 3 RBI, 4 R (Double-A Tulsa)
Everything went right for Lux, who easily turned in his best game of the season. The 21-year-old had been off to a decent start as he was 4-for-13 (.308) entering the game against Springfield, but his 4-for-4 effort caused his average to skyrocket to .471. Lux, who fell a double shy of the cycle and also reached base via a walk, now has three four-hit games in his career.
Dodgers prospects stats »

Giants: Joey Bart, C (No. 1, MLB No. 22) -- 2-for-4, 2B, HR, 3 RBI (Class A Advanced San Jose)

Giants prospects stats »

Padres: Josh Naylor, OF/1B (No. 11) -- 3-for-6, 2 2B, 2 RBI (Triple-A El Paso)

Padres prospects stats »

Rockies: Rico Garcia, RHP (No. 22) -- 4 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 7 K (Double-A Hartford)
Garcia performed well in Double-A (6-2 with a 2.88 ERA in 11 starts) in the second half of 2018 and picked up right where he left off in his 2019 debut. The 25-year-old retired the first five batters he faced before surrendering a solo homer, but that was the extent of the damage.
