Pena out Sunday, Monday due to death in the family

HOUSTON -- Carlos Pena will miss the Astros' games on Sunday and Monday due to a death in the family. Pena and his family are returning to the Dominican Republican, where his wife's nephew drowned.

"Obviously, we need to keep Carlos Pena and his family in our prayers," said Astros manager Bo Porter. "It's a very unfortunate situation."

Pena will not be placed on the bereavement list.

"He should be back on Tuesday," Porter said.
