Astros welcome Diamondbacks, Rays and Phillies in final homestand of 2022 regular season, Sept. 27-Oct. 5

HOUSTON, Texas – The Astros close out the 2022 regular season with an eight-game homestand at Minute Maid Park, welcoming the Arizona Diamondbacks for two, Sept. 27-28, the Tampa Bay Rays for a three-game series, Sept. 30-Oct. 2 and a three-game series with the Philadelphia Phillies, Oct. 3-5.

Highlights include two giveaways featuring Astros infielder Yuli Gurriel – a AL Champion Replica Ring presented by Gallery Furniture on September 28 against the Arizona Diamondbacks, which will be available to all fans – and an orange Astros jersey presented by Schlumberger on September 30 against the Rays, which will be available to 10,000 fans. September 30 will also feature the regular season’s last Friday Night Fireworks presented by ConocoPhillips. Additionally, a Jeremy Pena Bobblehead and Astros bobblehead will be available to 10,000 fans on October 1 and 2 against the Rays, while Oct. 2 will also be Yoga Day at Minute Maid Park. The Astros will close out the regular season on Oct. 5 with Fan Appreciation Day.

Individual tickets for the Astros ALDS home games will go on sale to the public on Sept. 28. Tuesday, Sept. 27 – Astros vs. Arizona Diamondbacks: 7:10 p.m. CT
The Astros begin a quick two-game series with the Diamondbacks at 7:10 p.m. CT on Tuesday.

A First Responders Coin presented by LyondellBasell will be available to 10,000 fans.

It is Dollar Dog Night presented by Texas Chili Company. Fans are treated to unlimited hot dogs that are one dollar apiece all game long.

The Astros Foundation and Honeywell will celebrate 10 STEM teachers in the Houston area who earned the STEM Teacher Hall of Fame Award in a pregame ceremony. Each Hall of Fame Award winner will receive pregame recognition, where they each will receive a $2,000 check, along with a Honeywell and Astros gift pack.

Wednesday, Sept. 28 – Astros vs. Arizona Diamondbacks: 7:10 p.m. CT
The Astros will finish off the two-game series with the D-backs on Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. CT.

A Yuli Gurriel AL Champion Replica Ring presented by Gallery Furniture will be available to all fans in attendance. One fan in attendance at the game will receive a personalized ALCS Elite Fan Ring, with real diamonds and 10k white gold. For more information, visit Astros.com/rings.

Wednesday is also the Cadence Bank Houston Open Night at Minute Maid Park. Over 1,000 kids and their families that participate in First Tee of Greater Houston will be in attendance on Wednesday night. To honor the volunteers that help make the Houston Open run, 1,780 tickets to the game were distributed to volunteers in recognition of their service. There will also be a ceremonial first pitch in conjunction with Cadence Bank Houston Open Night.

Friday, Sept. 30 – Astros vs. Tampa Bay Rays: 7:10 p.m. CT
The Astros open a three-game series with the Rays AT 7:10 p.m. CT.

First, 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a Yuli Gurriel Orange Astros Jersey presented by Schlumberger.

Pregame Happy Hour presented by Budweiser will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Michelob Ultra Bar. Fans can enjoy $5 Ultra Draft, a live D.J. and amazing views.

The night will close with the final Friday Night Fireworks of the regular season presented by ConocoPhillips. The event’s theme of K-Pop was determined by a fan vote. Friday Night Fireworks are subject to weather. In the event a show must be cancelled due to weather, refunds will not be granted.

Saturday, Oct. 1 – Astros vs. Tampa Bay Rays: 6:10 p.m. CT
The Astros continue their series with the Rays on Saturday by offering 10,000 fans a Jeremy Pena Bobblehead presented by Taquerias Arandas.

Saturday will be Domestic Violence Awareness Day at Minute Maid Park, with a pregame ceremony and ceremonial first pitch.

Sunday, Oct. 2 – Astros vs. Tampa Bay Rays: 1:10 p.m. CT
To wrap up the series against the Rays on Sunday, the Astros will be giving 10,000 fans an Astros Bucket Hat presented by Xfinity.

It is also Yoga Day at Minute Maid Park, presented by Houston Methodist. Fans can purchase a $40 add-on package for the right to participate in Yoga led by a professional yoga instructor for 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game. For the final time during the 2022 regular season, Sunday will also feature the Astros’ Kids Run The Bases event presented by Olshan Foundation Solutions. All kids ages 5-12 are eligible to participate.

Monday, Oct. 3 – Astros vs. Philadelphia Phillies: 7:10 p.m. CT
The Astros get right back in action with the final series of the 2022 regular season against the Philadelphia Phillies, where all fans in attendance will receive a Dusty Baker AL Champion Replica Ring presented by Coca-Cola. Longtime Astros executive Jamie Hildreth has been voted in as the 2022 inductee into the Houston Baseball Media Wall of Honor. The Astros will recognize the Hildreth family in a pregame ceremony on Monday.

Tuesday, Oct. 4 – Astros vs. Philadelphia Phillies: 7:10 p.m. CT
Game two of the series with the Phillies is set for 7:10 p.m. CT on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, October 4, the Astros will join Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana in celebrating 10,000 local wishes granted by Make-A-Wish over the past 38 years. Prior to the game, wish kids Adrian (from Corpus Christi, 12 years old), Elizabeth (Houston, 14), and Lourdes (Houston, 18) will have their wishes brought to life when they meet Astros’ superstars Jose Altuve and Kyle Tucker, and Orbit! The wish kids will join the team for batting practice, pregame activities and more.

Wednesday, Oct. 5 – Astros vs. Philadelphia Phillies: 3:10 p.m. CT
The Astros conclude the 2022 regular season at Minute Maid Park against the Phillies at 3:10 p.m. CT.
