Season Ticket FAQs

• Is there a general line or email I can use to contact the Season Ticket Services Team?
There is! If you ever need to contact us, you can email seasonservices@astros.com or call us at (713) 259-8300 to get in touch with an Account Manager. This line is monitored until First Pitch on Game Days.

• How can I purchase additional tickets to games when I have multiple requests for my season tickets?
You can now purchase up to 9 additional single game tickets via the Special Offers tab in your Astros MyTickets account. If you are purchasing 10 or more tickets, please call your Account Manager for help adding-on tickets for friends, family or clients!

• How will I be informed of Season Ticket Holder News and Events?
In addition to email notifications, the Season Ticket Holder Newsletter is sent to your email at the beginning of each month. You can also find it at www.astros.com/sth

• I like to collect autographs and have a bag that all my baseball bats fit in. Can I bring this bag into the ballpark?
Sticking with Minute Maid Park's bag policy, bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8" are not permitted inside the ballpark.

• Can I bring my camera into the ballpark?
Visitors are welcome to bring video and still cameras into the ballpark. Lenses must be no larger than 8". Tripods and monopods are not allowed in the ballpark.

• Do I get Postseason tickets as a Season Ticket Holder?
As a Season Ticket Holder, you are guaranteed the right to purchase your same seats for all Postseason games at Minute Maid Park. Some exclusions may apply. Your Account Manager will notify you by the end of August if your location is not guaranteed.

• What is the policy on bringing outside food and drinks into Minute Maid Park?
All fans may bring in food that is contained in a clear, plastic bag no larger than one gallon in size, and may bring in one factory-sealed, clear plastic bottle of water, no larger than one liter. One bag and one water bottle per guest.

• How can I view a financial statement of my account?
You can view the summary statement in your Astros MyTickets account. If you are currently on a payment plan, the statement can be found in the "To Do List", "Scheduled Payments" tab. If you are paid in full, the statement can be found in the "My History", "Paid Renewals" tab.

• Can I add a credit card to my account?
Yes. You can add a credit card to your Astros MyTickets account by clicking the "My Account", "Payment Info" tab. Please note that you will need to contact your Account Manager to apply the new card to any upcoming payments.

• How do I recall my tickets?
Click here if you transferred your tickets via the MLB Ballpark App
Click here if you transferred your tickets from www.astros.com/mytickets 

• Can I recall my tickets after I have forwarded them?
Yes. You can recall forwarded tickets in your Astros MyTickets account by clicking "My History", "Forwards", "Forward ID", "Recall". Please note that you will not be able to recall tickets once they are scanned into the game or posted for resale.

What are all of the benefits I receive as Season Ticket Holder?

• Season Ticket Holder Entrance
Enter Minute Maid Park through an exclusive Season Ticket Holder Entrance 30 minutes before the general public at all Monday - Friday home games. Some exclusions may apply.

• Season Ticket HQ
Have a question or concern during a game? Visit an Account Manager at Season Ticket HQ located behind section 120 on the main concourse until the end of the 5th inning at every Astros home game.

• 15% discount at the Astros Team Store
Present your Season Ticket Holder card to receive a 15% discount at the Astros Team Store on all merchandise excluding autographed and authentic items.

• Season Ticket Holder Presales
Season Ticket Holders receive presales for Astros single game tickets and select events at Minute Maid Park. Call your Account Manager for more details.

• Personal Account Manager
One contact to make sure you are taking full advantage of all of your Season Ticket Holder benefits and getting the most of your Season Tickets- all year long.

• Ticket Exchange Program
This season our Ticket Exchange program will be more flexible than ever before. You will have the freedom to exchange tickets (3 days in advance) for any blue, orange or yellow game in 2018 - now giving you the ability to exchange into 70+ games. Please contact your Account Manager with any questions.

• MLB Ballpark app
Access all of your Season Tickets through one, easy to use mobile app. The MLB Ballpark app also includes the Astros Memories Program, which will allow you to customize your experience at Minute Maid Park. Whether it is upgrading your seat to a different area of the ballpark, watching the Astros take batting practice from the field, or taking an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour, you can redeem "Memories" through the MLB Ballpark application for iOS and Android devices.

• Exclusive Season Ticket Holder Events
As an Astros Season Ticket Holder, you will be invited to several events throughout the year including Photo Day, STH 101's and our annual All-Star Game Watch Party.

• Guaranteed Postseason Access
All Full Season Ticket Holders are guaranteed Postseason tickets.

Memories FAQs

All Season Ticket Holders will get an initial amount of points added to their account.
