The Oakland A's are proud to announce the Green and Gold Promise, a new customer service standard for our game day employees. This initiative outlines what the staff will provide to fans on a daily basis:
- Outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Treating every fan with respect
- Listening to our fans and communicating in a timely and professional manner
- Welcoming all to the ballpark
There will be eight Green and Gold Promise hubs located in and around the Coliseum: in sections 101, 126, 134, 217, and 235, outside of C Gate and D Gate, the BART Plaza, and in Championship Plaza. Each hub will have materials and services, such as the First Game Certificate and Button, to help enhance the fan experience.
