A's FanFest comes to Oracle Arena on Jan. 27

OAKLAND -- The always anticipated A's FanFest, this one coming on the heels of Oakland's first playoff appearance in six years, is set to return on Jan. 27.

Sponsored by Comcast SportsNet California, FanFest will be staged at Oracle Arena from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. PT. Among the highlights are free autographs, free photos with the team's four World Series trophies and former A's legends, and question-and-answer sessions with several current and former players.

FanFest also serves as the first opportunity for fans to purchase individual game tickets for the upcoming season.

Admission tickets to FanFest will go on sale online at oaklandathletics.com on Jan. 4 for season-ticket holders and fans who place a deposit on a 2013 season-ticket package. A week later, on Jan. 11, tickets will go on sale to the general public.

Tickets are priced at $10 for the general public -- children under the age of 6 enter for free -- and $5 for current A's season-ticket holders. The A's advise that tickets are limited and may sell out in advance of the event. Parking for the event is free to all fans.
