CHICAGO -- With Stephen Piscotty's two-run blast in the second inning of Saturday afternoon's 7-6 win over the White Sox, the A's have hit home runs in 24 straight road games to tie a Major League record.
"I've heard guys talk about it," Piscotty said of the record, "but we're more focused on the wins and losses."
The Orioles also homered in 24 straight games, from Aug. 3 to Sept. 15, 1996.

Matt Olson added a solo homer in the sixth inning, his 17th of the season. With that big fly, the A's have also hit an MLB-best 67 road homers in 37 road games this season. They have 36 homers in 40 home games this season.
