OAKLAND, Calif. -- Oakland A’s fans can now vote to send their favorite members of the Green and Gold to the 2021 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard, as today marks the official start of Google All-Star Balloting. Oakland A’s players on the ballot include: Matt Olson (first base), Jed Lowrie (second base), Matt Chapman (third base), Elvis Andrus (shortstop), Sean Murphy (catcher), Mitch Moreland (designated hitter), and Mark Canha, Ramón Laureano, and Stephen Piscotty (outfielders). Fans can vote easily with a Google Search for “MLB All-Star vote” or the name of their favorite A’s players.

The 2021 Google MLB All-Star Ballot again features two phases of fan voting to determine the All-Star starters. Fans around the world can cast their votes exclusively online and via mobile devices at MLB.com, the Oakland A’s website, the MLB App, and on Google Search (U.S. and Canada only) until 1 p.m. PT on Thursday, June 24. During the first phase of voting, fans can submit up to five ballots per 24-hour period on MLB platforms, and they can also vote for every position, or up to 17 unique players, per day on Google.

On Sunday, June 27, the top three vote-getters at each position and the top nine outfielders in each League will be revealed on the 2021 Google MLB All-Star Ballot Finalists Show on MLB Network. Those players will advance to the second phase of voting to determine who makes the All-Star teams and starts for each League. The second phase will begin on Monday, June 28, and end on Thursday, July 1.

The 2021 All-Star Game will be held on Tuesday, July 13, at Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies. The 91st Midsummer Classic will be the second ever to be played in Denver, joining the 1998 event at Coors Field. Fans can vote now to send their favorite A’s players to the 2021 All-Star Game.
