How do I redeem FlexTix?

You can redeem your FlexTix vouchers for single-game tickets in your My A's Tickets account on your computer or mobile device. A maximum of eight FlexTix vouchers may be redeemed per game and must be redeemed 2 hours before first pitch. FlexTix cannot be redeemed at the Box Office.

Does my FlexTix give me access to the ballpark?

FlexTix are undated ticket vouchers that must be redeemed for single-game tickets to a specific game. Purchasing FlexTix does not provide you access to the ballpark. You can redeem your FlexTix for single-game tickets in your My A's Tickets account.

Once I have redeemed my FlexTix for single-game tickets, where can I find my tickets for the game?

Single-game tickets can be found in your My A’s Ticket account or through the MLB Ballpark app.

What happens if 2023 games are not played?

If any of the games associated with your season tickets are impacted by COVID-19 restrictions (e.g. canceled, played without fans in attendance, etc.), or not played for other reasons, the ticket value will be credited to your My A's Tickets account.

Where will I be able to sit if I purchase FlexTix?

Flex 20 and Flex 40 are available in three levels: Field (Lower Field Level and Field Level), Plaza (Plaza Level), and Bleachers. Flex 10 are available in Plaza Outfield. The same seat location in that level cannot be guaranteed for every game, and seating is subject to availability.

What happens if I cannot make a game I already redeemed my FlexTix For?

You can exchange already redeemed FlexTix up to 2 hours before first pitch through your My A's Tickets account! Instructions on how to Exchange can be found here.

How many FlexTix can I use per game?

A maximum of eight FlexTix may be redeemed per game.

Can I redeem my FlexTix for Postseason tickets?

FlexTix must be redeemed during the 2023 regular season.

The sale, attempted sale, or transfer of vouchers or tickets purchased through this offer in violation of this policy is prohibited.
