2018 Season Ticket Memberships

Savings

Season Ticket Members receive preferred pricing for tickets, but also enjoy discounts and perks throughout the stadium. New for 2018, most Season Ticket Members will receive a concessions discount in addition to the merchandise discount. See below for more information about all the ways Season Ticket Members save! Get the Best Seats at the Best Prices

Season Ticket Members receive the highest level of discounts on the seats within their Season Ticket Package, and our discounts increase as you move up in Membership. For example, Full Season Ticket Members receive the highest level of discount off of our variable list price per game (25% off list price).

In 2018, all Membership Packages will be divided into 5 price tiers to more accurately reflect the value of the games within the packages - with Tier 1 being the highest priced and Tier 5 being the lowest. As you exchange between games, you will simply pay the difference in price (if upgrading Tiers) or accumulate credit (if downgrading Tiers). This downgrade credit can be applied toward additional tickets, discounted parking, and ticket upgrades during the 2018 regular season.

Discounted Parking

Purchase advanced parking passes for the general lot at a discounted price ($10 vs. $30) throughout the season online via your My A's Tickets account.

Members with the Full Season (VIP Lot) or Weekend packages (Preferred Lot A) will have the option to purchase discounted advanced parking in a reserved parking lot for all games within their package. VIP or Preferred Lot A passes can be exchanged, prior to the game, for undated general lot parking passes. This can be done up until 2 hours prior to first pitch.

Discounted Additional Individual Game Tickets

Do you need extra tickets to the game? Season Ticket Members receive a discount for tickets purchased outside of their Membership Plan, for any game throughout the 2018 Regular Season. Your discount on additional tickets depends on your Membership Level - and you are able to purchase these through the Special Offers Tab of your My A's Tickets account, over the phone with our Membership Services team (510-568-5600), and in person at our Ticket Services office (open Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm). See your Membership Level below with your additional ticket discount:

Merchandise Discounts

All Season Ticket Members receive a 25% discount on merchandise at the Coliseum team stores. Present your Membership and Savings card or the digital STM ID through the Ballpark App to access this discount.

Concessions Discounts

New in 2018, most Season Ticket Members will receive a discount on concessions within the Coliseum. As with the Merchandise discount, you will present your Membership and Savings card to access these savings. See your Membership Level below with your concessions discount:

Access

In honor of the A's 50th anniversary in Oakland, we will be offering Season Ticket Members even more on and off the field experiences. Events range from post-game talk chalks to taking batting practice on the field. See below for more information regarding Season Ticket Member perks and experiences. Season Ticket Member Entrance

A private entrance for Season Ticket Members is available next to the Ticket Services office (across from the arena box office, up the ramp from the D-Gate Team Store) for every regular season game. There is an additional Season Ticket Member Only line at Gate B on the South East Side of the Coliseum parking lot.

New in 2018, this entrance will be open 30 minutes prior to other ballpark gates for every home regular season game.

Season Ticket Member Events and Experiences

Qualified Season Ticket Members will be able to select from a variety of exclusive Season Ticket Member events and experiences. All Members will be able to select from one on-field experience (one per account, subject to availability) and one off-field experience (one per account, subject to availability) based on your Membership Level. Experiences will be available for selection through the Special Offers tab of your My A's Tickets account beginning in January 2018.

Guaranteed Postseason Ticket Rights For All Postseason Games

All Season Ticket Members qualify for Postseason seating rights. Members with the Full Season and Weekend packages will sit in the same great seat for every Postseason game.

Secure Postseason Tickets at the Lowest Price

A's Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to purchase Postseason strips at a lower per ticket price than the box office, and before tickets go on sale to the general public.

Flexibility

Season Ticket Members have the ultimate flexibility when it comes to managing tickets. You can exchange, forward, or sell your tickets until 2 hours before first pitch - and donate your season tickets until 3 hours before game time. Manage Your Tickets Online with "My A's Tickets"

My A's Tickets is the best place to manage your tickets online through our secure, password protected ticket management system. Easily email your tickets to others, post tickets for resale on StubHub, exchange your tickets, purchase Postseason strips, and more through your "My A's Tickets" account. Download the MLB Ballpark app on your smartphone to manage ticket inventory on your mobile device.

Ticket Exchange Program

Season Ticket Members can exchange tickets within their package for tickets to a future game. This can be done online through your My A's Tickets account, or in person at our Ticket Services office. New in 2018 - tickets within your package can be exchanged up until 2 hours prior to first pitch of the game you are exchanging. Tickets are exchangeable on a ticket for ticket basis. As you exchange between game tiers, you will simply pay the difference in price (if upgrading tier) or accumulate credit (if downgrading tier). This downgrade credit can be applied towards additional tickets, discounted parking, or ticket upgrades during the 2018 regular season. See tiered schedule here.

Sell on StubHub

StubHub is the official secondary market ticket provider for Major League Baseball and athletics.com. Season Ticket Members can post tickets for sale directly through My A's Tickets.

Forward your Tickets

Share your tickets with friends, family or colleagues with ticket forwarding. Forward your tickets electronically in a fast and secure system. You may forward your tickets until two hours prior to game time.

Donate your Tickets with VetTix

The Oakland A's have partnered with Vet Tix to help Season Ticket Members donate their tickets directly to our troops and veterans. Vet Tix provides a rewarding and simple way for donors to give back - and once Vet Tix receives the donated tickets, they will enter them into their system and issue you an in-kind receipt for tax purposes.

New in 2018, tickets can be donated through your account up until 12 hours prior to first pitch (down from 48 hours in 2017)!

Unused Ticket Exchange Program

Season Ticket Members are able to exchange out of a game up to 2 hours before game time but if you missed exchanging your tickets and the game has past you are able to redeem your unused season tickets from 2018 games that have already been played. Redeem these "Expired Tickets" at no charge for the game dates below. Dates and Times of games are subject to change.

Tickets for the Unused Ticket Program games can be exchanged for Field Level, Plaza Level, or Plaza Outfield seats regardless of original location and are subject to availability. One ticket exchanged per new ticket issued.

If you don't see a complimentary game that works for your schedule, you can also redeem unused tickets for a Monday-Friday game in the Field Level or Plaza Level for $10 per ticket (subject to availability and blackout dates - 3/29, 4/17, 4/20, 5/25, 6/15, 7/3, 7/20, 8/7, 8/8, 9/3, 9/4, 9/5).

Dedicated Membership Services Representative

New in 2018, all Season Ticket Members will have a dedicated contact within our Membership Services team to assist with all things related to your Membership and provide the highest level of customer service. Your contact will work with you throughout the season to help in any way possible and ensure you are maximizing the value of your Membership. Season Ticket Member Hotline

Season Ticket Members can call (510) 568-5600 to speak with our dedicated and knowledgeable Membership Services staff. The phone line is active Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Ticket exchanges must be done online or in the Ticket Services office and cannot be completed via the Season Ticket Member Hotline. Ticket Services Office Hours

The Ticket Services Office at the Coliseum, located across from the Arena Box Office, is open Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm during the season. On game days, the Ticket Services Office is open three hours prior to game time and remains open until the middle of the 7th inning. The Ticket Services Office can be accessed from both the outside of the Coliseum and inside the Coliseum by walking up the ramp directly behind Section 120 or 113.

Season Ticket Member Hub

For assistance with your account, questions, or just to meet with your Membership Service contact - stop by our Season Ticket Member Hub located right next to Ticket Services and our Executive Offices up the ramp from Section 120. The STM Hub opens along with ballpark gates and also serves as the best spot to renew your Membership!
