Stroman, Happ among Winter Tour participants

Sanchez, Pillar, Travis and Estrada also slated to attend annual Blue Jays event

TORONTO -- and J.A. Happ are among those who have signed on to participate in the Toronto portion of the Blue Jays' upcoming Winter Tour.
Stroman and Happ will be joined by , Melvin Upton Jr., Steve Pearce, and during the three-day stop in the club's hometown. Blue Jays alumni Lloyd Moseby, Devon White and Scott Downs also are scheduled to make appearances.
Winter Tour information
The Winter Tour is scheduled to begin Thursday in Regina, Saskatchewan, and the western portion of the tour will include visits by , , and . From there the club will travel to Edmonton, Alberta, before a new group of players joins the organization in Toronto on Jan. 20.

In the Toronto leg of the tour, members from the organization will visit the Boys & Girls Club and Sunnybrook Veterans Centre on Jan. 20. They will also attend the Ottawa Senators-Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game Jan. 21, and there will be three autograph sessions at Rogers Centre earlier that day.
The autograph sessions require tickets that will be handed out in a lottery. Fans have from Tuesday at 10 a.m. ET until Wednesday at 9:59 a.m. ET to submit an entry. The winners will then be allowed to purchase a $10 ticket for an autograph session with all proceeds going to Jays Care Foundation. Full details can be found at bluejays.com/wintertour.
The Winter Tour began in 2011 and has visited more than 20 Canadian cities over the past seven years. Some of the stops have included Fredericton, Halifax, St. John's, Ottawa, Montreal, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver.
