Blue Jays Roster Moves

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have made the following roster moves in advance of tonight's contest vs. Tampa Bay.             

RHP BRANDON MORROW and 1B DAN JOHNSON have been re-instated from the disabled list. 2B RYAN GOINS, OF ANTHONY GOSE, RHP KENDALL GRAVEMAN, LHP SEAN NOLIN and LHP DANIEL NORRIS have been recalled from Buffalo of the International League (AAA), while OF DALTON POMPEY and GEORGE KOTTARAS have had their contracts selected from Buffalo.

POMPEY and KOTTARAS are set to become the 19th and 20th Canadians to appear in a Major League game for the Blue Jays.

To make room on the 40-man roster the Blue Jays have transferred BRETT LAWRIE to the 60-day disabled list and have designated OF DARIN MASTROIANNI & 1B MATT HAGUE for assignment. Please note that RHP NEIL WAGNER has been released.
