Cecil agrees to terms

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have agreed to terms on a one year $2.475 million dollar contract with LHP BRETT CECIL and avoided arbitration. 

CECIL, 28, was 2-3 last season with five saves and a 2.70 ERA in 66 appearances.
