The Toronto Blue Jays have made the following roster moves:

• C Reese McGuire has been selected to the 26-man roster and will be active for tonight’s game.

• C Riley Adams has been optioned to Triple-A Buffalo.

• RHP Julian Merryweather has been transferred to the 60-day injured list (left oblique strain).

Additionally, RHP Tanner Roark has cleared unconditional release waivers and is now a free agent.
