Jays Shop Discount

Season Ticket Memberships will be eligible for a 20% discount during the 2021 regular season. Season Ticket Memberships purchased outside of the early bird renewal window will be eligible for a 20% discount during the 2021 regular season.

Your Jays Shop merchandise discount can be applied to most regularly-priced Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball merchandise at any Jays Shop location, including the Stadium Edition at Rogers Centre Gate 5, stadium kiosks, and the flagship location at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Simply visit one of the above locations and present your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card at time of purchase. You may be required to present photo identification. For your 2021 Season Ticket Membership, your discount will be valid from the beginning of the 2021 Blue Jays regular season until the final 2021 regular season home game.

The Jays Shop merchandise discount cannot be used on game-used/game-ready merchandise, custom cresting services, publications, gift cards, admission tickets, or shipping charges or surcharges. The Jays Shop merchandise discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

Dedicated Season Ticket Membership Entrance and Subscriber Services Window

Gate 6A is a dedicated entrance for Season Ticket Members, Ticket Partners and their guests only.

Subscriber Services windows are available for dedicated service on game days at our Gate 7 Box Office location and can be used to purchase additional tickets, complete ticket exchanges, load eCash to your MyBlueJays Card/Mobile Card, and manage your account.

Exclusive Early Gate Entrance

Enter the ballpark before the gates open on select 2021 regular season home games and view batting practice. Dates for early gate entrance dates will be made available closer to the start of the 2021 season.

Season Ticket Member Wall of Fame

In recognition of your commitment to the team, see your name displayed all season long on the digital Wall of Fame, located on the 100 level concourse behind home plate, near Section 123. If you require changes to the name listed on the Wall of Fame, please contact your Service Executive.

Ticket Exchanges

• Renew your tickets before July 31, 2020 and receive unlimited ticket exchanges. Season Ticket Memberships purchased outside of the early bird renewal window will be eligible for 40 ticket exchanges during the 2021 regular season

• Only tickets from the Season Ticket Member's 2021 original Season Ticket Membership subscription can be exchanged. In other words, there are no exchanges for tickets acquired through a previous ticket exchange, from other subscription packages, from group sales, or as single game tickets.

• Only Season Ticket Members and designated Ticket Partners can exchange tickets.

• Only ticket exchanges made by the primary Season Ticket Member can be completed online. All other exchanges must be done at the box office, including advanced exchanges by designated Ticket Partners. Valid ID is required at the box office.

MyBlueJays Clutch Ticket Access

Season Ticket Members have an exclusive opportunity to take part in MyBlueJays Clutch Ticket Access. Typically, the Blue Jays have an obligation to Major League Baseball to hold a limited number of prime seats until three hours before each 2021 regular season home game. In the event that MLB does not use them, we will give our Season Ticket Members the opportunity to purchase tickets for these seats before they are made available to the general public.

Opportunity to Relocate/Upgrade Seats After Purchase

Season Ticket Members that renew during our early bird renewal period will have the opportunity to relocate their seats (subject to availability) through our online relocation process.

Access to Purchase Additional Single Game Tickets (Inc. Opening Day and Canada Day)

As a Season Ticket Member, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional single game tickets prior to the general public on-sale, subject to availability.

Exclusive Presales

Season Ticket Members receive access to presales for certain marquee events at Rogers Centre.

What happens to giveaways and promotions that were scheduled this season?

The 2021 promotional & events schedule will feature many of the highly anticipated giveaways and fan-favourite events from the 2020 schedule that Blue Jays fans were looking forward to, with more special occasions to be added in the offseason.

Can I get a refund on my 2020 regular season tickets?

Yes. Fans who purchased single game tickets for 2020 home games will be automatically refunded; due to the unprecedented volume of cancellations, you should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 30 days. Fans who purchased tickets from a secondary site should contact the company’s customer service department. Refunds are also available for all other Blue Jays ticket products.

I purchased my tickets through a resale site. Whom should I contact for information?

Please contact the customer service departments at your point of purchase (i.e. StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) for their individual ticket policies.

I received my ticket as a transfer from another fan. Can I still have a refund?

Please contact the person from whom you received the transfer as they will be receiving a refund for the ticket, if purchased through Ticketmaster.

I purchased my ticket at the Box Office. What are my options?

Will tours at Rogers Centre continue to operate? Will Jays Shop remain open?

Rogers Centre tours have been postponed until further notice; however, the Rogers Centre Gate 5 Jays Shop has reopened with reduced hours of 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week. We have put additional safety precautions in place to protect our fans and staff, including physical distancing guidelines, limited capacity, sneeze guards at checkout, and quarantining items that have been tried on or returned.
