A "Sinful Breakfast"? Jesús will forgive, and will buy the tickets

Final media and fan opportunity on tap for tomorrow

What's better than eating ice cream for breakfast? Getting free tickets while doing so. You need Jesús and he needs you. To prove it, he is putting his money where his mouth is. Come out tomorrow to Miller Park tomorrow morning from 7-9 am where Jesús will treat you to a sinful ice cream breakfast.

To top it off, Jesús has purchased 1,000 tickets to the July 24 game vs. Washington. The first 500 fans on hand tomorrow will receive ice cream, plus two Loge Level tickets to the game.

"I know there are a lot of fans supporting me in this campaign, and I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the efforts," Jesús said. "I can't be in Milwaukee tomorrow, but I can give a little something back. This is just a small sign of my appreciation."

Hours ago, news came out that Jesús Aguilar is leading the National League in voting for the Camping World All-Star Final Vote. The final result is far from settled and Jesús still needs all to keep their faith in him. Fans can help send Aguilar to his first career All-Star Game by voting online at Brewers.com/Vote. There is NO LIMIT on the number of times that fans can vote before polling ends on Tomorrow, July 11 at 3 p.m. CT.

Earlier today, the Brewers helped get out the vote with a "Sweet Jesús" doughnut giveaway at Holey Moley Coffee + Doughnuts in the Mayfair Collection earlier this morning. The Crew also set up a polling station at Anodyne Coffee Walker's Point yesterday.

Despite not being on the initial ballot, Aguilar has made himself known by ranking among the National League leaders in home runs (1st, 23), SLG (1st, .639), OPS (1st, 1.007) and RBI (3rd, 64).

The players and uniformed staff adopted the "We Believe in Jesús" tagline last month, and the organization is carrying it forward with the voting campaign.

In 2003 and 2008, Brewers fans "shocked the world" by electing Geoff Jenkins and Corey Hart to the Final Man spot, ahead of players from markets as large as New York, San Francisco and Philadelphia.

To help energize the regional market, the Brewers and Twins are in an alliance to co-promote Aguilar in the National League and the Twins Eddie Rosario (translation is "Rosary," by coincidence) in the American League for this year's Final Man balloting.

Aguilar will look to join teammates Lorenzo Cain, Josh Hader and Christian Yelich, who were selected yesterday to participate in the midsummer classic. The 89th Major League All-Star Game presented by Mastercard will be held on Tuesday, July 17 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C.
