RBI leader Headley's homer overturned on replay

MIL View Full Game Coverage WAUKEE -- With the National League's RBI title still up for grabs, Brewers manager Ron Roenicke asked the umpires to take another look at Chase Headley's fifth-inning, two-run home run down the right field line at Miller Park on Wednesday.

The ruling came back quickly: foul ball.

So Headley returned to the plate and delivered an RBI double instead, giving him an NL-best 114 RBIs with only a few innings left in the 2012 season. The Brewers' Ryan Braun is second at 112.

It was the second instance of replay review at Miller Park this season, and the second time a call was overturned. On June 19 against the Blue Jays, Aramis Ramirez hit what was originally ruled a foul ball but was changed to a go-ahead home run. It stood as the winning hit in a 7-6 Brewers victory.
