Racers will follow a course that takes them around Miller Park, ending near the Hot Corner. Bernie Brewer and the Drumstick Dash mascot, Dash the Turkey, will be in attendance. The top 10 finishers who outrun Dash will win prizes courtesy of Performance Running Outfitters.

Participants are encouraged to dress up in their best Thanksgiving Day costume. Each registered adult runner will receive an official super soft Drumstick Dash hoodie, while kids ages 5-12 will receive an event T-shirt. All participants will enjoy free parking and will have the opportunity to win prizes, such as delicious pumpkin pies, provided by Pick 'n Save.

Those who are out of town but still want to participate can register for the "Outta Town Dash Around" and complete the race wherever they are on Thanksgiving.

Once again, Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin will accept food and monetary donations during packet distribution and on the day of the race. All donations are welcome, but nonperishable items including peanut butter, cereal, tuna, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, rice and canned soup are preferred.
