What is Ballpark Pass+?

Ballpark Pass+ is a subscription membership that empowers members to make reservations for any 2022 Brewers regular season home games. With your monthly subscription, you can reserve an available seat within your seating zone or an SRO pass for no additional cost.

How do Ballpark Pass+ reservations work?

With Ballpark Pass+, you hold up to two (2) game reservations at any given time. Depending on your plan, you may attend 2 games, 4 games or unlimited games per month. You can make game reservations for any game at any time (UP UNTIL GAME TIME) and release them up to 3 hours before the game. Once one of your reserved games occurs, that reservation opens back up and can be applied to a future game.

Do I get to select specific seats when I make a reservation?

Ballpark Pass+ “Blue” and “Gold” members have the ability to select exact seat locations when making a reservation. SRO tier members can only reserve standing room only access.

Am I guaranteed a seat to every game?

Yes, provided you make your reservation at least 10 days in advance for any given game. Seats in your seating zone are guaranteed to be available for reservations made at least 10 days in advance. Reservations can be made up until GAME TIME, however available inventory may no longer be available for high demand games, so reserve early to guarantee your spot.

Can I cancel my monthly renewal at any time?

Yes.

Which events are included in Ballpark Pass+?

All 2022 Brewers regular season home games are included in the Ballpark Pass+ program. Members can make reservations for ANY 2022 Brewers regular season home game.

If I select a subscription option of either 2 or 4 games per month, do I also get unlimited Standing Room Only (SRO)?

No, if you select a 2 or 4 games per month subscription option, you will ONLY receive your selection of either 2 or 4 games per month.

How do I secure tickets to all games?

To secure tickets to unlimited games, you must select a subscription option that specifies ‘Unlimited Games Per Month.’ Select the green ‘Explore Subscription Options’ for details on each option.

When can I start making reservations for specific games?

You can begin reserving seats for any 2022 regular-season game immediately after signing up for a Ballpark Pass+ subscription.

Where do I make reservations?

You can manage your Ballpark Pass+ account online at brewers.com/ballparkpass and clicking the Manage your Subscription button or via the Ballpark Pass+ Membership link from the MLB Ballpark app.

When will my barcodes be available?

Barcodes to gain entry to the ballpark will appear starting 6 hours prior to the start of each game.

Can I have multiple subscriptions on my account?

Yes, an account can have multiple Ballpark Pass+ subscriptions, but each subscription must be associated with only one individual member. Reservations for members within the same account can be made collectively.

Can I make reservations with other members that are not on my account?

Yes. Anytime you make a reservation, you will have the ability to send friends a group reservation code which provides them the opportunity to reserve a seat next to you for that event. In order to complete their reservation, the recipient of a group reservation code invite must have or sign-up for a Ballpark Pass+ subscription of their own.

What playoff benefits do I get with Ballpark Pass+?

Ballpark Pass+ members will have an exclusive reservation window to reserve playoff seats. Playoff seat reservations will require an incremental reservation fee.

Are Ballpark Pass+ reservations transferable?

No. Reservation privileges and seats are for the exclusive use of the individual member - they are NOT transferable or re-sellable. To attend events with Ballpark Pass+, each individual must have their own subscription.

What do I do if I need ADA seating?

Members that require ADA seating can indicate so within their account settings and ADA seats will be automatically filtered during the seat reservation process. An ADA seat filter can also be manually selected during the seat reservation process.
