Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The Tailgate Ticket Pack is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must be downloaded for use of the Tailgate Ticket Pack.
Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: No. Only iPhones and Android phones are supported.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Tailgate Ticket Pack is a mobile-only program integrated within the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Miller Park will be managed exclusively through the app.
Q: If I have a large group, can we all purchase our tickets separately?
A: Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that ticket vouchers purchased and redeemed separately will be seated next to each other. The best way to ensure that everyone's seats are located next to each other is to purchase all of your tickets in one order, then forward those tickets along to everyone in the group.
Q: How do I forward tickets to everyone in my group?
A: Once your digital tickets are loaded into your My Tickets account - either at the time of purchase if you select your games up front, or once you have redeemed your ticket vouchers for a specific game - you can easily forward those tickets to others in your group using the MLB Ballpark app.
Q: When will I know my seat location and be able to access my tickets?
A: Fans who select their games at the time of purchase will immediately have access to their tickets via the MLB Ballpark app. Fans who opt to receive ticket vouchers will receive access to their tickets once they redeem their vouchers for a specific game.
Q: What is the cutoff point for redeeming ticket vouchers?
A: Ticket vouchers can be redeemed all the way up to the start of the game. However, redemption is subject to availability, so fans are encouraged to redeem their vouchers early to guarantee their desired game and seat location.
Q: If I have already redeemed ticket vouchers for a particular game, and I now want to purchase additional seats, how do I make sure those seats are next to each other?
A: Fans can use the digital seating map to purchase seats as close as possible to their desired location, however, there is no way to guarantee that tickets purchased/redeemed at different points will be located next to each other.
Q: Once I redeem my ticket vouchers, do I have the option to exchange out of them for a different game?
A: Sorry, no refunds or exchanges are permitted with the Tailgate Ticket Pack.
Q: What if I want more than 24 tickets for a particular game?
A: Discounted group ticket packages are available for groups of 25+ at brewers.com/groups.
Q: Can I resell the individual tickets in my Tailgate Ticket Pack?
A: Resale of tickets included as part of a Tailgate Ticket Pack is strictly prohibited. Accounts with resale activity will be subject to immediate cancelation without refund, with such accounts being restricted from future Tailgate Ticket Pack purchases.
Entering Miller Park
Q: How do I get into Miller Park with my digital tickets?
A: Your tickets can be accessed exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app. Download the app and create (or log in to a pre-existing) MLB.com account using the same email address you used to purchase your Tailgate Ticket Pack. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Miller Park.
Q: What should I do if I require ADA seating?
A: Please visit the ticket windows inside the Miller Park concourse near the Home Plate entrance to receive an ADA location.

Please note that the barcode area on the digital ticket does not automatically refresh. You can refresh the ticket on your screen with a simple down-swipe, or by tapping on the "Refresh" icon in the middle of the screen. This should refresh and populate the ticket's barcode, as long as it's within five hours of game time.
Once you have purchased your Tailgate Ticket Pack, follow the instructions below to register and link your account:
Step 1: Download the MLB Ballpark app
Download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone. If you already have the app, make sure you have the latest version and continue to update the app throughout the season. Create or log in to your MLB.com account using the email address you used to purchase.
Step 2: Link your Brewers Ticket Account (pictured)
Link your MLB/Brewers.com account to your Brewers Ticket account to access your mobile barcodes:
- Open the app on your phone
- Tap 'Tickets' at the top right-hand corner of the Miller Park homescreen
- Scroll down and tap 'Manage Ticket Accounts'
- Select appropriate ticket account or tap 'Link Accounts'
- Link your account using the email address you used to purchase
