2021 Season Ticket Invoice FAQs
What are my options for the 2021 season if I don't feel comfortable attending because of COVID-19?
We want our Season Ticket Holders to be 100% confident in returning to Busch Stadium when the time is right. This year we are offering Season Ticket Holders to "opt-out" of returning for the 2021 season while still retaining your seating location and seniority for 2022. In order to participate in the "opt-out" option, we will require a payment of a 25% deposit on your account by January 15, 2021.
Is a Payment Plan Available?
Yes! In order to provide payment flexibility, we are offering a new payment plan option for 2021. By selecting this option you'll make four monthly payments. Your first payment will be completed prior to January 15th. The remaining three will be automatically charged to the card you put on file on the 15th of February, March and April. Payment via Credit Card is required for this option and payment towards the service charge will be processed on the first payment.
What will happen if Busch Stadium is only able to host a limited capacity for some games on the schedule due to COVID-19?
In the event that a Cardinals home game is to be played with a limited capacity, 2021 Season Ticket Holders will be given priority access to purchase tickets to those events. Credit for any games that are changed from full capacity to limited capacity events will either be returned to you or held on your Cardinals Ticket Account to use towards future ticket purchases, based on your preference.
