Please see our agenda here for the 2018 MLB Community Meetings held December 5-6. We encourage you to check back to this page for updates.
Meeting schedule is 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on December 5 and 9 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on December 6, with breakfast starting each morning at 8 a.m. On the second day of meetings (Dec. 6), we will be running two parallel tracks - one for Club foundation leadership and one for Community Relations & Youth Programs staff. External stakeholders may attend the youth programs session (e.g., invited Minor League Baseball Clubs, USA Baseball). A reception for all attendees will take place on the evening of December 5.
For those attendees who arrive on Tuesday (12/4), MLB will host a volunteer activity at our offices (245 Park Avenue, 31st floor) from 3 - 4:30 p.m. MLB and Club colleagues will work together to pack bags full of meals and snacks for children at Roberto Clemente Elementary School (Manhattan). We look forward to kicking off the meetings with this networking and community outreach activity. Upon arrival to 245 Park Avenue on Dec. 4, please check in with security and meet us on the 31st floor at 3 p.m.
