Cubs Convention Pass Terms & Conditions 2023

This Cubs Convention pass (“Pass”) is a non-transferable, non-renewable, revocable license granted by Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC (“Cubs”) to the holder (“Holder”) subject to the following terms and conditions, the policies set forth by the Cubs and the rules of Cubs Convention. Cubs reserves the right in its sole discretion, with or without refunding the face value of the Pass, to revoke the Pass, refuse admission, or take any other action against any Holder, including, without limitation, ejection and/or further legal action for conduct the Cubs deems is inappropriate or for failure to comply with these terms and conditions, Cubs’ policies or rules of Cubs Convention. Holder assumes any and all risk incidental to any Cubs Convention event or activity to which this Pass applies, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Cubs Convention, and agrees Cubs, Chicago Cubs Charities, Wrigley Field Enterprises, LLC, Marquee Sports Network, LLC (“Marquee”), the Sheraton Chicago, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Global Experience Specialists, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, partners, sponsors, agents and players shall not be liable for any resulting loss or injury from attend the event. By using Pass, Holder agrees that Cubs, Chicago Cubs Charities, Marquee and each of their respective designees shall have the unrestricted right and license to use Holder’s name, voice, image, likeness, actions and statements at the Cubs Convention, for any purpose including advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes, in perpetuity, and in all media now known or subsequently developed, without compensation or notification. This Pass may not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion (including contests, giveaways or sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Cubs. Any dispute, controversy, claim arising out of or relating to this Pass shall be resolved by binding arbitration, solely on an individual basis, in Chicago, Illinois.
