CHICAGO -- Faith Kuhn is a huge fan, and the 12-year-old finally had a chance to meet her hero, thanks to some help from the Astros' .
In January, Bregman posted a video of Kuhn on his Instagram account with a special shout out to Bryant. Bregman introduced the Cubs third baseman to Kuhn, who is from Albuquerque, N.M. She was born with spina bifida and has undergone nearly 20 surgeries. Kuhn loves watching and playing baseball, and of course, loves Bryant.
Bryant was moved by the video and invited Kuhn and her family to Monday night's game -- a 5-1 loss to the Pirates -- for their first visit to Wrigley Field and Chicago. He gave her a tour of the clubhouse, played ball with her in the batting cages, and presented her with a personalized Cubs jersey. She even got a FaceTime call from Bregman while she watched batting practice from the field.

Now, she has a friend in both the American League and National League.
