Wrigley to be drop box site for Election Day

October 30th, 2020

CHICAGO -- The Cubs are lending a hand in helping Chicagoans plan for Election Day.

In conjunction with the Chicago Board of Elections, the team announced Friday that Wrigley Field will be an official drop box location for Chicago voters. Voters will be able to securely drop off their "Vote By Mail Ballot Return Envelope" on Tuesday between 6 a.m.-7 p.m. CT.

Employees from the Chicago Board of Elections will staff the official drop box, which will be located outside Wrigley Field at the Gallagher Way Gate. There will be no in-person voting at the site -- only the drop box for Vote By Mail Ballot Return Envelopes.
