Chicago Cubs Season Ticket Holders Policies

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Please notify us in writing by mail or by e-mailing your Season Ticket Representative if your contact information changes. Please note that Season Tickets are non-transferable.

LOST/STOLEN TICKET REPLACEMENT

Please remember your tickets are like cash and they should be kept secure. Make sure your tickets are in a safe place at all times.

Duplicate tickets will be provided to season ticket holders as follows:

  • Stolen tickets - Upon receipt of a copy of a police report of theft as filed with your local police department.
  • Lost tickets - Tickets will be reprinted for free for up to five games. Any additional requests will require a reprinting fee of $20 per seat per game. This fee is non-refundable. Duplicates can only be picked up on the date of the applicable game(s) at Ticket Services Will Call Window.

In each case, only the season ticket holder of record may request duplicates by calling (773) 404-4080.

RAINCHECKS

In the event a game is cancelled due to inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our control, please check our website at www.cubs.com or contact the ticket office for instructions on how to proceed with your raincheck. Please retain your ticket stubs as you may be required to submit them for a refund.

SEASON TICKET POSTSEASON POLICY

Daily Plan - Holders will be entitled to purchase one ticket for each postseason game for each seat held. Relocations will be necessary in some areas.

Budweiser Bleacher Daily Plan - Holders will be entitled to purchase one ticket in the Budweiser Bleachers for each postseason game for each seat held. Budweiser Bleacher seating will be assigned seating during the playoffs.

Combination Plan - Holders will be entitled to purchase one ticket for each seat held to each of two postseason games in each round. Relocations will be necessary in some areas.

Double Play Plan - Account Holders will be entitled to purchase one ticket for each seat held to one postseason game in each round. Double Play Plan Account Holders will be relocated to a location to be determined during the postseason.

*Seat locations for the postseason games for Daily & Combination Plans may be different from regular season seats, although every effort will be made to minimize relocations.

GAMEDAY ISSUES

For assistance during the game, fans can text 69050, Keyword "Friendly" plus your issue and seating location. This option allows fans to discreetly alert event personnel of any fan services issues via text message during a game. You will receive a confirmation your message has been received.
