2020 Online Season Ticket Holder Seat Relocation Event Frequently Asked Questions

Can I move to a different price scale?

You may relocate to seats in any price scale, pending availability.

If I move to a higher price point, when will I be invoiced for the difference?

If the new location you select has a higher price point than your current location, we will issue you a follow-up invoice to reflect your new balance within 48 hours after your relocation transaction takes effect. Your new invoice balance must be paid in full by 5 p.m. CST Friday, January 31.

If I move to a lower price point, when will I receive a credit or refund?

If the new location you select has a lower price point than your current location, you can select to receive a credit on your account or receive a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same method as payment, with the exception of cash payments, which will be refund by check. If you paid your season ticket balance using multiple credit cards, we will issue the credit in the same ratio you used the multiple credit cards to pay for your season ticket balance. 

Will I be able to add seats to my season ticket account for 2020?

You may have the opportunity to add a limited number of seats during the 2020 Online Season Ticket Holder Seat Relocation Event. The following seat limits apply to all Daily, Combination and Double Play Plan Season Ticket Holders:

  • If you have less than four seats on your account, you can add up to the number of seats that brings your season ticket seat total to four seats, pending availability. For example, if you have two seats, you can add two seats for a total of four season ticket seats.
  • If you have four or five seats on your account, you can add up to the number of seats that brings your season ticket seat total to six seats, pending availability. For example, if you have four seats, you can add two seats for a total of six season ticket seats.
  • If you have six or more seats on your account, you cannot add seats for the 2020 season.

Your season ticket balance must be paid in full in order to participate in the 2020 Online Season Ticket Holder Seat Relocation Event. Due to high demand and limited inventory, seat additions may not be available in all sections of Wrigley Field, and there is no guarantee seat additions will be available during your appointment time. Assigned relocation appointment times are based on account plan and tenure.

There is a set of three seats together, but I only want two seats. Can I move into that location?

No. You cannot leave a single seat open.

Will I be able to upgrade my partial season ticket plan to a full season ticket plan?

Yes, Season Ticket Holders with partial season ticket plans will have the opportunity to review full season ticket plan locations available during their Online Season Ticket Holder Seat Relocation appointment time.

For Combination Plan Season Ticket Holders, limited inventory of seats may be available to upgrade from a night and weekend partial season plan seat to a full season plan (Daily Plan) seat for the 2020 season. Please note Daily Plan inventory is limited and will be offered to Combination Plan Season Ticket Holders based on account tenure and account plan.

For Double Play Plan Season Ticket Holders, limited inventory of seats may be available to upgrade from a weekday day game partial season plan seat to a full season plan (Daily Plan) seat or night and weekend partial season ticket plan (Combination Plan) for the 2020 season. Please note Daily Plan and Combination Plan inventory is limited and will be offered to Double Play Plan Season Ticket Holders based on account tenure and account plan.

How can I upgrade my partial season ticket plan to a full season ticket plan during relocation?

For Combination Plan Season Ticket Holders, select the partial season ticket plan seat(s) you would like to upgrade and proceed to the following page to view and select full season plan (Daily Plan) seat(s).

For Double Play Plan Season Ticket Holders, select the partial season ticket plan seat(s) you would like to upgrade and proceed to the following page to view and select full season plan (Daily Plan) seat(s) or night and weekend partial season ticket plan (Combination Plan) seat(s).

I do not want to upgrade my partial season ticket plan to a full season ticket plan. Will I be able to relocate my partial season ticket plan seat(s)?

Yes, you will have the option to relocate with no changes to your current partial season ticket plan.

If I upgrade my partial season ticket plan to a full season ticket plan, when will I be invoiced for the difference?

You will be invoiced for the new amount within 48 hours after your relocation transaction takes effect. Your new invoice balance must be paid in full by 5 p.m. CST Friday, January 31.

If I want to convert my full season ticket plan to a partial season ticket plan, will I be able to do so?

Similar to past years, you will not be able to convert your full season ticket plan to a partial season ticket plan for the 2020 season.

Can I log in more than once?

You may log in as many times as you would like until you have relocated one or more of your seatsYour log in capability will remain active beginning with your specific log in time and lasting through 5 p.m. CST Friday, January 31.

Once you complete the checkout process, even if only for a portion of the seats in your plan, you will not be able to log in to the relocation program again.

Can I relocate my seats more than once?

You may only relocate your seats once. Once you have completed the checkout process you will no longer be able to log in to the relocation program. Once you have checked out, your former seat location(s) will be made available to other Season Ticket Holders participating in the Relocation Event.

After I've completed the relocation process, can I change my mind and get my old seats back?

Once you have selected your new seats and completed the checkout process your original seats will be released.

After reviewing the options, I decided not to relocate. How do I keep my current seats?

No action is required to keep your current seats. If you don't find a desired seating location using our interactive map, exit the browser and your current seats will remain secure.
