The 2017 All-Stars tell us about the longest home runs they've ever seen
What's the most impressive home run you've ever laid eyes on, whether at the ballpark or watching on television? Surely a few specific blasts stand out.
Well, players themselves are just as wowed as the rest of us when it comes to the cream of the crop of prodigious dingers. During All-Star Week, the Cespedes Family BBQ caught up with a handful of players to ask them about the most ridiculous long balls they've ever seen.
Yes, there's plenty of Aaron Judge mentioned, of course, but some of the answers also include a personal twist -- such as the Rays' Corey Dickerson recalling when he and then-teammate Carlos Gonzalez of the Rockies played pepper with the third deck at Coors Field.
Gonzalez, by the way, hit the third deck with a walk-off homer that also wrapped up a cycle for him in 2010:
Wild stuff. Watch the clip atop this post to see which other sluggers made the cut, as selected by Dickerson, Jonathan Schoop of the Orioles, Michael Conforto of the Mets and the Pirates' Josh Harrison.
