6 other arenas in which Bryce Harper and Josh Donaldson are already MVPs

On Thursday evening, Bryce Harper and Josh Donaldson were named 2015 BBWAA NL and AL MVPs, respectively. They combined for 83 home runs, 222 RBIs and 18.7 wins above replacement while playing immaculate defense during the 2015 season.

For as impressive as they were on the field in 2015, you'd think that they couldn't possibly be as talented off of it. But take one look at their social media accounts, and you'd realize your mistake.

It's obvious that this whole baseball thing is working out for both of them -- they did just win MVP Awards -- but we want to avoid a situation in which their other talents have to live in the shadow of their enormous slash lines. So do us a solid and spend some time admiring their many other qualities.

Travel Blogging

Josh Donaldson is from Alabama, was drafted by the Cubs and has played for the Athletics and Blue Jays. Harper is from Las Vegas, but plays his home games in Washington, D.C. Both men travel back and forth across the continent in an effort to display their natural talent for baseball and help their team win games.

It also makes them well-traveled, as evidenced by their social media game.

I mean does it get any better? I play in such a monumental town and I love it #Home #DCorNothing

Football Analysis

Unfortunately, Harper and Donaldson can't mesmerize us with their baseballing talents for 365 days a year. So, like the rest of America, they briefly turn their attention to another sport: football.

And you thought your dad was an armchair analyst?

There are very few men in MLB (or the world) that have the kind of style that Bryce and Donaldson display on the regular. Whether they're rockin' their Jimmy Darmody haircuts or showing off their fresh threads and kicks, their style is always on point.

The most intimate question you can ask someone in 2015 is, "What was the last song you were listening to on your phone?"

Harper and Donaldson aren't exactly shy about the fact that they've got excellent taste in music (they bump Frank Sinatra and Phil Collins on their walks to the plate, respectively), so it's not much of a surprise that we didn't have to pry the information out of them:

Harper goes Happy Gilmore-style, while Donaldson employs more conventional mechanics, but both sluggers can mash on the links, too.

340 yards! Why not? What's up Happy Gilmore #leftygolf @aaronkurcz @chasenshreve61 @bryanharper45 @sportscenter

Could you imagine having a particularly good day at the office and looking down at your phone to see that Harper or Donaldson had tweeted to thousands of people about how awesome you are?

When they're not mashing dingers or hosing runners with their cannon arms, they're congratulating their friends and teammates for doing the same (or something close to it). If they were to work together on their "A-G-G-R-E-S-S-I-V-E" chant and they'd be all set.
