A fairly typical Giants fan caught Pablo Sandoval's first Game 1 home run

When Pablo Sandoval blasted his first homer off Justin Verlander in Game 1 of the World Series, the fan who caught it in center field was wearing clown-sized eyeglasses and an orange-and-black Cat in the Hat hat. Giants fans have shown themselves to be an idiosyncratic lot, so it might have been more surprising had he been "normally" attired.

He also managed to catch it while maintaining control of his beverage in the other hand, and I guess that's the type of precision execution that's possible when you wear such powerful corrective lenses.
