A moth flew under Buster Posey's mask to (we're guessing) control his mind

For as long as baseball has been around, moths have also been around. Flying repeatedly into light towers, landing on your plate of nachos or just clinging, frighteningly clinging, to players' backs.

And on Tuesday night, during the ninth inning of the Giants' 8-4 win over the D-backs, a moth finally went for it. It slipped under Buster Posey's mask and attempted to infiltrate his brain and turn him into a mothman.

Luckily, Buster has some Gold Glove-winning reflexes and denied the bug entry to his body. A win for humans everywhere.
