After a strikeout, Manny Machado snapped his bat in half in an effort that'd make Bo Jackson proud

The Dodgers hit five home runs in their 8-5 win over the Rockies on Thursday night at Coors Field. Third baseman Manny Machado didn't hit one of them, although he did pick up his 1,000th career hit with a sixth-inning single.
Two innings later, however, he found himself feeling a bit frustrated, striking out on a high fastball from reliever Seung-hwan Oh. Before heading back to the dugout, Machado exorcised his emotions on his bat, snapping it in half in one fell swoop:
