A.J. Hinch 'feels horrible' for the Yankees and the fact a day off might affect their momentum

After winning three straight games against Houston to take a 3-2 lead in the ALCS presented by Camping World, the Yankees had a day off on Thursday. Although Joe Girardi said that might help his team physically, mentally he'd prefer to keep the momentum rolling
The media relayed Girardi's thoughts to Astros manager A.J. Hinch and, well, he wasn't so supportive.

He also hoped that the team would load up on some Houston BBQ while they were in town. If you remember, Hinch and the Astros had a day off after winning Games 1 and 2 -- and then proceeded to lose three in a row at Yankee Stadium. How will this off-day affect the two teams? Find out in ALCS Game 6: Friday, 8 p.m. ET/7 CT on FS1.
