Alabama softball pitcher Alexis Osorio followed Friday's no-hitter by striking out 21 on Saturday

How's your weekend been so far? Pretty good? You met up with some friends Friday night, got a workout in Saturday morning and finally did some of those projects around the house in the afternoon, you say? That does sound good. Alabama softball pitcher Alexis Osorio's weekend has been way better.
She started it Friday evening by throwing a no-hitter in Alabama's series opener against Boston College. It was the seventh no-hitter of Osorio's career and helped Alabama coach Patrick Murphy earn the 1,000th win of his tenure with the Crimson Tide. Osorio was only a walk and a hit batter away from a perfect game.
Then, on Saturday, she recorded 21 strikeouts in a 7-2 win over Fordham, tying an NCAA record and breaking her Alabama school record of 19 strikeouts in a game. Want to see those strikeouts? You're in luck:

After her Friday and Saturday performances, Osorio holds a 5-3 record and a 1.86 ERA so far in her senior season. She also has struck out 92 batters in just 52 2/3 innings.
So, how has your weekend been, again?
