An earthquake struck this Minor League ballpark, but nobody seemed to notice or care

I grew up on the East Coast, have lived my whole life on the East Coast and am terrified by the very idea of an earthquake. When I experienced the one in NYC, I started calling everyone I knew to tell them I loved them, much to the amusement of the West Coast.

All of this is to say that I'm utterly baffled by this Minor League broadcaster's response to an earthquake hitting Raley Field in Sacramento, Calif.

Here's the exact transcript of his remarks:

Here's the 1-2 pitch. That's swung on and missed. You feel an earthquake? I felt an earthquake. Well, Moore strikes out -- a 1-2-3 sixth.

THAT'S IT!? No one on the field even looks surprised, let alone concerned!

I knew you Californians were a special breed, but I didn't realize you were that casual about shifting tectonic plates and reverberating tremors. Yeesh.
