The D-backs celebrated Mother's Day by having orange slices in the dugout

Sunday was Mother's Day and baseball celebrated in numerous ways -- from family photos to fashionable cleats to messages in the infield dirt. Check them all out here.
And during their game against the Braves, the D-backs took us back to one of the greatest sports mom pastimes of all time: The sharing of orange slices!

YES, KIDS.

The D-backs scored two runs in that 11th inning and won the game, 5-3. Probably because they were so energized by their nutritious snack.
