Here's Brian Cashman and Bobby Valentine rappelling down a 21-story building in elf costumes

While the jaunt down the side of Stamford, Conn.'s One Landmark Square is no longer a Red Sox-Yankees peace offering, it's become a holiday tradition for both Cashman and Valentine. This is also probably your only chance to see the New York GM wearing a beanie with the Skullcandy logo on it.

Valentine joined Cashman in rappelling down the 295-foot building for the first time last year. And while Bobby V is no longer managing Boston (he's now the Athletic Director at Sacred Heart University), the Stamford native returned to join Darien, Conn. resident Cashman in ringing in the Christmas season for Nutmeggers.
